Organization is a unit of individuals that is managed to achieve goals. When it comes to competency of an organization, everyone would usually evaluate the leader of the organization. The truth is, the success of every organization depends on each individual who works in it. Since organization is a unit of individuals, they work as one to reach their best, and day by day there are improvements. Since the employees are motivated, it will keep them energized and they become hard workers. When employees are highly motivated, they produce great results, therefore organization will have more achievements. Motivation can be classified into two types, external and internal motivation. One of the external motivations that make an employee to stay in the organization is salary. However, salary is not enough to get employee's effort out. Theory of Herzberg confirms that salary will not always make employees to be highly motivated, even if they are satisfied with salary's amount. In order to get better efforts from the workers the managers has to create motivation energy in the workplace. Managers should have a clear idea that the two types of motivation are needed for the employees. When it comes to external motivation, for instance, when there are many workers in small office, the workers will feel suffocated so fewer outcomes will be resulted. Whereas having a bigger office with some fresh air, it could give the worker a motivation, so environment is a factor in external motivation. When the same work or task is repeated, the employee would get bored so they will become less motivated to work since they got bored of repeating the same task over and over again. On the other hands, consistent feedback gives the employee to stay motivated because it shows that he/she is doing a good job and they can improve it. Continuous feedback should be always given, and not occasionally. Also, there is tasks' pressure which is a problem in the workplace. When employees have so many tasks to finish them they get pressured and they start to prioritize their tasks. Employees should have knowledge on how to divide their tasks and how to work under pressure. In general, most of employees leave the important task at the end and choose the easy task even if it is less important (Military Leadership, 2015).

In the past, decades ago, psychologists thought that only the nature or genes could affect your personality and other traits people carry with them.
Every individual goes through different experiences that mold them into who they are. The combination of their genetic makeup, the environment in which an individual is exposed to, peers, culture, and many other factors determine who they are as an individual (Twenge & Campbell, 2016). This is also what is considered to be an individual’s personality. It is the greatest influence on how an individual will react in any given situation; not everyone will react the same in any situation. Personality is the recurring patterns of thoughts, behaviors, and feelings that can be seen across all situations and time (Twenge & Campbell, 2016, p. 6).
The physiological needs, job safety and security, and the need to belong are not satisfactorily being met (Newstrom, 2007). Should money be the most important factor for motivational behavior; the company needs to understand the needs of their employees. Then, the rationalization of motivation will concur with the beliefs of the employees. The incentive scheme should be re-evaluated to introduce a new program of motivation. The company should implement a goal-setting objective.
The concept of personality has fascinated psychologists for years. Allport proposed the hierarchy of traits – cardinal, central, and secondary traits (Allport, 1945). Cattell also proposed his theory, the sixteen dimensions of human personality (Cattell, 1944). Jung developed a type-based theory of personality, with different dichotomous personality categories, which was further developed by Myers and Briggs in 1962 to produce the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (Ford, 2013). Some psychologists have even argued that personality does not exist; that people change behaviour over time and across various situations.
