Analytical report on the causes and remedies of the persistent energy crisis in Pakistan
Energy is considered to be one of the most important factors for the development and growth of an economy. Energy is used in running machines in factories and industrial units, in transport and for household uses. As a result of population growth and industrial development there has been a tremendous increase in demand of energy, but there is comparatively lesser energy production. The demand of energy has exceeded its supply, resulting shortage of energy Pakistan’s energy infrastructure is not well developed, rather it is considered to be underdeveloped and poorly managed. Because of energy shortage load-shedding is a common phenomenon through power shutdown for many years which is restricting economic growth and development. The shortage of non-renewable energy resources, coal, oil, natural gas ultimately leads to supply shocks. This coal produced electricity and gas is vital in industrial and agricultural processes. Due to energy shortage their progress remains hampered which results in limited productivity hence limited national income and creates many more economic problems such as unemployment, balance of payments deficit, lack of foreign exchange reserves, increased import bill etc. The causes of energy crisis include the following:
• Increase in energy demand
There is an increase in energy demand mainly due to overpopulation

It can be a source of cheap energy
Hydel energy can be used to counter energy crises
Agriculture sector can be developed by the provision of enough water to irrigation supplies
Flood water can be stored and avoidance from flood and consequent destruction
It can be used to store water for rainy days
Payments on imports can reduce form of less dependence on oil imports
As agriculture can develop it can help Food Ministry to provide food security
It can help provide employment during construction as well as for maintenance
It decides whether a civilization lives on, or dies trying. The geography of someone’s civilization, will govern what crops they can grow. Some locations can grow sturdy, long lasting crops, while others grow less reliable food sources. This directly impacts the rate
Yuma is positive because it is .01% in the whole world of agriculture agriculture supplies jobs and money for people to work. One in every five jobs is about agriculture agriculture house by creating more jobs in without it it helps out by farming irrigation system flowing crop managing etc. Irrigation helps Yuma by making it to one of the top places to plant crops which brings more business and money to the committee. The agriculture helps Yuma be also showing the rest of the world how to manage and grow crops fast and efficiently . Subsoil made by rivers and canals the subsoil is adequate
The state government's approach on Australia’s energy policy has provoked much debate in recent media. The Australian opinion piece, titled ‘Energy policy has become a racket and the madness must stop’ (November 7, 2016) was written by an Australian economist, Judith Sloan, in response to this debate. Sloan presents a mocking and skeptical tone where she argues that ‘it’s time for the federal government to intervene to stop this madness’. She attacks the Australian state governments by portraying its management techniques which are contrary to her ideals as foolish, uncaring and deceitful. This creates distrust of this section of the government in the audience and further supports her view by using evidence and appeals to hip pocket nerve to gain approval of ‘the Australian taxpayer’.
The Great Depression was one of the United States’s biggest national crisis, and it left millions jobless, homeless, and begging on the streets. A president was elected in 1932 who said that he could fix the national crisis and get the United States out of this depression. Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s methods for doing this were sometimes unorthodox, controversial, and some were even deemed unconstitutional. Federal Government involvement was very questionable at the time and even still is today. However, without government involvement, many citizens would have starved to death and the U.S. may not have gotten out of the depression as soon.
By building public institutions the poor have better chances of finding assistance and the recourses the need to better their life in the long run. For example if you give a poor man 100 dollars he is going to waste that money
Do you want an environment crisis to happen? Do you know what causes it? Do you know what it is and what will happen? Heat trapping gasses such as carbon dioxide, methane, pollutants. There are also fossil fuels, primarily coal, petroleum, and natural gases.
Proposition P================ Propostion P was advanced by an advocacy group known as the Santa Barbara Water Guardians, mainly to prohibit the usage of hydraulic fracturing (i.e fracking) within Santa Barbara, threatening its water supply. As such, Proposition P is absolutely essential, not only to ensuring the health of residents in Santa Barbara, but to ensuring long term social, economic, and environmental stability. Where opponents to Proposition P may tend to make arguments which solely favor the number of jobs in the community, or which perhaps presume the importance of the oil industry in Santa Barbara, over other concerns in the community, these other concerns need to be considered more fully in order to illustrate why support of Proposition P is absolutely essential.================

They are two crucial aspects to the topic of energy, but are not included by the UN. A determinant reason that millions of people across the globe have to resort to biomass to cook is that the cost associated with modern energy makes it less accessible (Birol, p.1). This unfortunate situation is due to many reasons. A key reason is that many of the resources required to install energy plants are disproportionally controlled by a few geopolitical actors. This causes large fluctuations on the commodity prices all over the globe, making not only modern energy, but also other basic human development targets, such as shelters and transportations less attainable (Regnier, p.2).
Americans dependence on domestic and foreign oil correlated to oil being limited and not always, readily available. Although, there were many alternative solutions to petroleum, for instance nuclear plants and coals, the results were not favorable. The environmental and energy crisis of the 1970s still constrained the United States today with more smog, landfill waste, and gas prices risen and
Fracking is one of the best ways to get natural resources. “Fracking is a process of drilling down into the earth before a high-pressure water mixture is directed at the rock to release the gas inside” (Unknown). Adversaries of fracking will say that it is dangerous, use up our water supply, and poison our water supply, but that is not totally true, fracking will bring in more money, save money, and will make the air cleaner and safer. Fracking may seem unacceptable because of what people say about it, however, when they drill deep into the facts they will see that fracking is actually very beneficial. Fracking will bring in tons of money for all of the United States.
Introduction In today’s world, most developing countries are in a race to build up the necessary infrastructure to scale up there operations and become the next global superpower. In this process, a lot of energy is consumed – be it for transportation, manufacturing or construction. This rapid growth of energy use seen over the past two decades have raised concerns for governments and energy-related organizations alike. Questions with regard to the supply, sustainability and exhaustion of energy sources abound, and while most developed countries have taken active steps to reduce consumption of scarce resources, the position of developing countries in this regard is still lacking.
It is commonly known throughout human history that the energy used is burned from coal which creates biomass. During the Industrial Revolution, coal was an essential need to everyone, hence the discovery of oil as a substitute. Yet, the mass formation from the unearthing of oil causes more damage than benefits for the planet. Humanity had never seen a more compatible source in which came a higher demand for oil. As the public has urged to generate more oil, scientists theorized that fossil fuels will eventually run out, making way for a renewable energy route in the future (Mason).
Help the world develop greatly in modern time this is why education is important in this day and
INTRODUCTION Geo Politics is defined as the impact created by a country on other neighbouring countries due to its Geopolitical position. This impact also affects the politics of the region as a whole. Pakistan is at a location which is of great importance in political ,strategic and economic sectors. It has been centre of activities of great powers since the start and has witnessed intervention of three great powers i.e Britain, USSR, and USA. Pakistan is located in Southern Asia and shares border with four countries which include India, Afghanistan, China and Iran all of which are of great importance in the international politics and play a major role in it.
