INTRODUCTION
Environment is natural world, as a whole or in a particular geographical area, especially as affected by human activity. Environment means surrounding and everything that affect an organism during its lifetime is collectively known as its environment. In another words Environment is sum total of water, air and land interrelationships among themselves and also with the human being, other living organisms and property. Each province has its own situations and circumstances which affects the academic performance of the student. Pakistani students particularly those hailing from other provinces face many problems in their educational life such as financial problems, poor transportation system, language barrier, insincere teachers, homesickness, medical / health problems, depression, family factors, poor educational backgrounds, choosing the majors, time management and many more. In some cases the reason for not getting an admission in their desired colleges / universities or desired study programs also becomes a hurdle in their academic performance.
In Pakistan higher education is very expensive due to the shortage of public educational institutes. We have only 73 public universities and most of the population study in these universities. Similarly, there is short number of public colleges where students can get free education. Most of the students who hail from other provinces and tribal areas belong to the middle or poor class thus have limited resources. Also their parents cannot afford the expenses for their higher education. Lots of students have to work part time to sponsor their studies

Parents can use the outcomes of the study to solve the students’ problems especially financial problems and to look after them. It may also create awareness among students about their rights and responsibilities to achieve quality education.
What are the important factors that affect students’ academic performance? The objective of this research paper is to explore the important factors that affect the academic performance of the students. Our contribution to this study is that we explore the four factors that affect students’ academic performance. These factors are students’ communication skills, learning facilities, proper guidance and family stress. t is extremely important to have the support of parents and carers in a school, they are a valuable resource .The parents and primary carers will always be associated with being the child’s first educators and being the people who know their children best. Other people may disagree. Parents and carers see their children at their best and worse, they will know most things about them this information can then be passed on to the school this will enable them to react and support the child /young person . it is effectively working as a partnership with the school and will benefit the child and young person.
Family is people that are the closest to these students, they should be more understanding, open and patient to listen to their children’s worries and problems about universities’ lives (“Coping with bad grades”, n.d.). Friends are another group of people that these students can talk to. Sometimes these students do not possess any help-seeking behaviors so parents and friends have to be observant and approach them first. They might be reluctant at first but if they feel that they can believe in the people they are talking to, they will express their feelings and worries about universities lives. After the talk, parents should understand the reasons why these students are having hard times at universities and feeling stress.
There must also be recognition among stakeholders that each singular discipline, once integrated within an interdisciplinary framework of other disciplines, greatly increases the potential for collaboration, knowledge-building, and problem-solving when developing new approaches to environmental

Introduction: Our earth is the most precious gift of the universe. It is the sustenance of ‘nature’ that is the key to the development of the future of mankind. It is the duty and responsibility of each one of us to protect nature. It is here that the understanding of the ‘environment’ comes into the picture. The degradation of our environment is linked with the development process and the ignorance of people about retaining the ecological balance.
Global Environment Problems Global environment can be defined as the environment about our nature and the surroundings that influence worldwide scale an environment could be a desert or polar land. Environment problems: Our environment constantly changing. There is no denying that, However, as our environment changes, so does the need to become increasingly aware of the problems that surround it. With a massive influx of natural disasters, warming and cooling periods, different types of weather patterns and much more, people need to be aware of what types of environmental problems our planet is facing.
Several studies have been done to identify problems that affects student’s academic performance. The students’ academic performance depends on a number of socio-economic factors like students’ presence of trained teacher in school, teacher-student ratio, attendance in the class, sex of the student, family income, mother’s and father’s education, , and distance of schools (Amitava Raychaudhuri,
Pakistan has now been improving a bit in quiet a few years. India has also been improving their standard of education. India had cost around $40 billion in the year of 2008 for private education market. But they should still focus on their professors who have not got a PhD or a master’s degree. And there is one more problem, according to me, is that they should also spend money on the government schools in the rural areas because there is a lot of poverty still in India and not many people can afford to send their children to private schools.

Some students might perform best when they listen and participating in class discussions, and other might be visual persons while others prefer to take down notes. This is why it is imperative for the teachers to engage in knowing the students at the beginning of the school year and as quickly as possible for them to implement the right teaching strategies. Another important factor for the teachers to take into consideration is the parental support and home environment in the student success. Nowadays, teachers try to build a friendly relationship with the students’ parents because they know that sometimes when the student is not performing well is because there are problems at home.
