Environment plays significance role in human life but due to industrial revolution and immerse human activity, the pressure on environment had drastically increase in recent decades in this contexts International organization, Agencies, Governmentaland non-governmental body gives major priority in preserving and conservation of environment. Dzongkhags and thromdes also plays a major role in waste disposal issues which often falls under local governments. To conclude, the cement and steel etc, produce in Bhutan have increasing demand in recent years in the Bhutanese market as well as in nearby countries like India, Bangladesh and Nepal due to which there is an extreme pressure on the environment and the society,since the actual cost where society is effected are not included in the price of this commodities when they sell or ether the cost are included but their true costs are much higher than their MRP. Bhutan government may come with the solution for the cost incur for producing different kind of product realizing the true costs which are much higher than product MRP, For instance most of the organization government ,Non-government, NGOs are coming together to tackle this kind of issue, Which had also been addressed 2ndParliament
