“Feminism has never been about getting a job for one woman. It 's about making life fairer for women everywhere. It 's not about a piece of the existing pie; there are too many of us for that. It 's about baking a new pie,” (Gloria Steinem, n.d.). Do you believe in equal rights for men’s and women’s at workplace? I do. Women are important part of the society, and they are truly hard workers like men and more. They more often get half of their rights, and they still work to make a living. Also, the society think that only men have responsibilities and finish the work in a high quality. Even though women work in the same jobs, men get more salary. Even if both of them have the same degree. Women’s been fighting for their rights for years, and they still fight until today. The last reason is women’s and men’s have the same responsibilities. Most communities think that men are the only one who have to pay for their houses, food, fees, electricity, water, and gas and so on, but they are wrong. However, there are women’s spending their salary on their families and some of them are single mothers, they also have responsibilities and spending their own money like men. Although, when women got into the workforce, they faced many problems. Most common problem is women lack the men help in keeping the household up together. “There is financial freedom women’s got it from their jobs, which they were lacking in the past. The income still low and chances to develop and improve talents are rare.
