Communication is an important process for human beings. Through this process, people transmit their thoughts and feelings in different ways. The production of sound and phonemes is an easy way to communicate a message because this allows people to express clearly what they want to say When a person acquires a first language, it is common that the individual makes mistakes through this process. Second, they supply evidence of how a language is acquired and what strategies the learner employs in learning a language. Thirdly, they are indisputable to the learning process because making errors is regarded as a device the learner uses in order to learn.
In other words, the different methods of error correction implemented in class help learners to notice the improvement they have had during the acquisition of the second language.. Therefore, this research project is going to analyze which error correction methods are used, how error correction methods are implemented, and which feedback methods are effective in a conversational English class.

J. points out that this method “inquirers the use theory in their studies in several ways. And it is used as a broad explanation for behavior and attitudes, and it may be complete with variables, constructs, and hypotheses (2009)”. Hence, the qualitative method will help the researchers in the development of this document since theory is needed for explaining how teachers deal with students mistakes in their classrooms. Moreover, in the development of this research two instruments will be applied. First, the researchers will observe the group in order to look at the specific ways the students make mistakes; additionally, the way that the teacher reacts to those possible mistakes is very important, for this reason, an observation will help to collect the evidence and support for the research. Besides, an interview for the teacher will be applied in order to corroborate the information that will be obtained from the
In “Ethos and Error: How Business People React to Errors”, Larry Beason (2016) demonstrates how academic mistakes affect both students and teachers, especially business people. Beason’s main argument is that errors influence seriously on nonacademic audiences, not only in common reading but also in normal life. To prove his point of view, Beason does his experiment on fourteen business people reading articles about business and everyday handwriting and see how they react. Beason divides his examination into two phases: a survey with twenty mistakes and an interview with everyone. In the questionnaire, the author introduces five common academic errors and each of them consists four examples.

This will support students by working cooperatively with the teacher to increase their understanding of each requirement (Borich, 2011). Focus Student 1 (Above Proficient) was among this group that met or exceeded the standard in every area identified in the rubric. Additionally, student 1 will be provided enrichment activities to progress his learning. I will build upon their knowledge using strategies to increase my student’s understanding of how to prepare an informative explanatory text using topics that consider the audience. These strategies will assist them with providing credible facts and definitions, well developed points, and a concluding statement that is relative to the topic in their text.

Ms. Spearman begins her syllabus by informing her students of the book required for her class along with her contact information. Communication is one of the most important aspects of human life. Without communication, we would be a primitive society of wild animals, unable to cooperate and achieve great feats, such as building the Pyramids, landing on the Moon, or organizing a democracy. All people rely on communication to express ideas that motivate positive societal and political change. Yet not everybody communicates in the same way. There are several thousand languages that people speak; there are several hundred thousand people around the world that suffer from disabilities such and blindness or deafness that require special means of communications such as braille or sign language.

One of the main things that Asch’s experiments teach us is that people are extremely determined to fit in with others. In the short video clip titled “Would You Fall For That - Elevator Experiment”, we learned that people conform to the majority rather than risk being alienated from a group. This experiment, in particular, tested the Asch Paradigm to see how far people go to feel like a member of the group. They tested this by means of an elevator experiment in which actors would go in an elevator and face the wrong way and the unsuspecting victims were left to decide for themselves whether or not to conform to the group or to instead do what they felt was considered normal.
Misbehaviour results from four major causes or mistaken goals. Democratic teaching, logical consequences and encouragement, rather than praise. The reaction of teachers to students' misguided goal-seeking behavior can be instrumental in either reducing or increasing the incidence of misbehavior in the classroom. Avoiding these discipline problems depends to some degree on teachers' personalities.
