People who are over 18 years old are given the right as adults in the society, gradually leaving their parents to design and take responsibility for their own lives. Back in the pre-modern society, the process of becoming an adult was short and simple. However, since the modern society, the process of becoming an adult has begun to become more and more complicated. Until school education became universal, children who did not go to school quickly adapted to society and became adults sooner. However, when school education became universalized, the adolescence period was extended naturally and the time of becoming an adult was delayed. According to the time schedule the school and its parents have created and how to take a test well technic lectures in hakwon makes adolescents to think and feel by themselves. They do not have the opportunity to experience various worlds in the life of home, school, and school. Adolescents who grow up are more likely to have difficulty in transition to adults. This is because it is difficult to cultivate the ability of autonomous life and the ability to cooperate with others who are different from me, two important qualities required of adults. Therefore, it is important to help youth develop these two capacities in adolescence in order to help young adolescents perform smooth adulthood. The ability of life to coexist with others in the society of autonomous life ability or diversity is strongly raised through actual life training rather than cognitive education. It is therefore important to provide a number of experiences that will enable these capacities to be developed in schools and homes that have the greatest impact on adolescents.
