Most people live their day-to-day life, living full of negativity. They hate their jobs, they don't like spending time with their loved ones and are always looking at the glass half empty.
Can you guess why they are living like that?

How we spend our days, weeks, months and even years depends on us. You choose whether you are happy or sad. Everyone will eventually have something bad happening in their lives, but it's how you choose to deal with that, that will have an impact on your life and your mind.

You can even say every day 100 times ''I'm a Millionaire'' and your mind will believe eventually that you are a millionaire, even if you ain't one.
The key in affirmations is, to make it specific as possible, and tell it to yourself on a daily basis. After telling the affirmations, the most important thing is, to take action. Don't try to tell yourself every day that you are rich, and then sit on the couch all day. Try to get rich, if that's your goal of course.
An example: '' I will do the best I can, to succeed in life and while doing so, I will enjoy every moment getting there. Nothing will hold me back from reaching my goals''

For one to live their life to the fullest, they can focus on the positive. Someone can accept change, in one’s self and others around them.
The first way Brian thought positively was because of his English teacher. His English teacher always told him to be positive because it gives him a good life. Instead at the bad times, Brian always knew there was another day. The second way Brian thought positively by thinking about home. Brian got upset so what he did was imagined the food, his family, and everything back at home.

Over the millions of years our ancestors struggled to survive in an environment filled with dangers and learning quickly from bad experiences was necessary to stay alive. This developed a negativity bias which makes our brain more attentive to bad experiences, react intensely to it, and store it in our neural structure quickly.
