I would choose the non- judgmental approach only because I know that being judged is one of the main things that people worry about in life. Even if a personal is doing something positive in life they still worry about being judged so I know for a fact that if someone is doing something negative they are also worried about be judged and most of the time they are. Just because being judged is a known risk of allowing certain people know that an individual is performing a harmful act a lot of people normally choose to do their acts privately or keep in a secret from certain people. I think that they do this just because right off the back they feel like someone will label them in negative way. This is not always the case but it does happen.

In the article family spokesperson Najee Ali states “Everyone 's afraid of standing up for what 's morally right...People are afraid to hold people morally responsible.” This statement rings both true and false, it is not always true and at times should not even be considered as a factor because judging a person morals is a slippery slope that could lead to a culture of pretentiousness and falsehoods. At the same time what Ali is stating is something that rings true for many people and organizations, who should use their voices to stand up for what is morally right and show where their values lay. If I take shortcuts on my job, falsify reports, and etc. it can place the public in danger because the Parole Board can base their parole decision for an inmate from the documentation in the case file. Falsifying case files is a crime, it is unethical, and can hurt the organization (Employsure, 2016). Possessing good ethics in the workplace set guidelines between what is appropriate and what is not.
