This dish is very famous appetizer and it only takes 20 minutes to make including wrapping as well. First, these chicken wontons are filled with ground chicken and then deep-fried to golden perfection. They can be eaten alone or with some dipping sauce. For this recipe, we decided to serve it with Sweet and Sour sauce.

This dish is required more time to prepare and cook. Chicken tenders are the kind of chicken to cook with. First, cut the chicken into bite size pieces. Those bite size chicken tenders are well seasoned with maida, cornstarch, salt, soy sauce, ginger garlic paste, vinegar, and minced green chilies. Then, deep fry those chicken pieces in small batches and deep-fried to golden perfection. Then put those fried chicken on a paper towel and put it aside. Meanwhile cut up some long green chilies, chop up some onion, and green hot peppers and sauté them for few minutes over high flame. Add soy sauce and tomato ketchup and chili sauce to that and mix. Then add fried chicken pieces to this thick gravy. Lastly, sauté over medium high flame until it's well coated and the gravy thickens and serve.
Fried Rice with Diced Seafood Fried rice is an essential dish in a Chinese restaurant and the majority of our guests would order it. It takes approximately 40 minutes to make. The ingredients are enriched white rice, water, beaten eggs, vegetable oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onion, garlic powder, sliced ginger, prawns and Alaskan king meat. First, heat wok over high heat and pour in oil then add all the ingredients except eggs. Stir in cooked rice and add beaten eggs. Shake in soy sauce, dew drop of sesame oil and toss rice to coat.

It takes approximately 4 hours to cook. This dish is very complex and many special ingredient and professional cooking technique is required. The ingredients are a whole duck, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground white pepper, ground cloves, soy sauce, honey, green onion, plum sauce, and chopped fresh parsley for garnish. First, rinse the duck inside and out, and pat dry. Also, cut off tail and discard. Mix all the ingredients except plum sauce and chopped fresh parsley for garnish in a small bowl. Then rub evenly over the entire outside and inside of the duck. Cover and refrigerate the duck for at least 1 hours. Steam the duck about an hour in a big pot. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 375 degrees F then place the duck in a tray and roast it for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, brush the honey onto the duck and return it to the oven. Turn the heat up to 500 degrees F. And continuous roast it until the skin is richly browned. Lastly, place whole duck onto a serving platter and garnish with fresh parsley.
