In today's world, trading is one of the most important factor in every country’s economy. There are various organizations are set up to support the trading activities such as the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) and the World Trade Organization (WTO). These organizations are set up to ensure that the members will be able to move investments, goods and services across borders without any difficulties, hence encouraging the trading activities among members. People believe that international trade and communication have both positive and negative aspects. For instance, trading and communication can push the workers to the verge of losing their jobs. Chevron Corp, the Number 2 US oil company, cut up to 8000 workers by the end of the year due to of a lot of competition from many oil companies led to oil prices continue to fall, which made it too expensive to remain their drilling rigs (“Chevron increases planned job cuts to 8000”, 2016). Furthermore, international trade can have a negative affect to some nations’ identities. Some people has lost their traditional culture because of a high demand in foreign goods. In some developing countries like Vietnam, India, Indonesia,etc; luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton, Prada, Nike,Rolex and more are still able to make great profit though their products’ price is as high as a worker’s salary that accumulate for 100 years (Mrs.Mai Nguyen, 2013). To make matter worst, the influence of the foreign culture has influenced some teenagers nowadays. Balanced trade relationships with neighbor nations that have similar economies can be very beneficial. For example, The United States and Canada conduct the largest trade relationship in the world, with total merchandise trade exceeding $576 billion in 2015 (“Trade in goods with Canada”, 2016). When two countries are having a good trading relationship, new facilities will be implant to support the goods movement. An example will be in 2014, presidents from Chile and Argentina announced a new project which was the Cristo Redentor pass that joins Santiago in Chile and Mendoza in Argentina (“Chile and Argentina strengthen relations as President Bachelet returns”, 2014).
