That was one of the best decisions of my life. My teacher, who had an Industrial Engineering degree, was excellent at her job and made sure all her students knew the intricacies of calculus. During my time in the course, I also developed a passion for problem solving. Nothing excites me more than finding the solution to a rather difficult problem, especially while using calculus. The class was not easy, and I would spend most of my evenings hunched over a calculus book, doing practice problems and learning interesting concepts.
One education experience I had, where I attempted to put the capacity of sight into my soul, was when I tried to cram Algebra into my brain without truly sitting down to have knowledge in the subject. I believed that with knowing all the terms and formulas I would be able to excel, this proved to be a wrong strategy. However, with the same subject, I turned my whole soul to reality and sat down to fully understand the subject, my grades improved exponentially due to this simple change in my view of
But by the help of good people, he was inspired and has dreams. And also he reached his goal. Will’s condition is so different from normal people and it may some people to think that he has mental disorder. But many people are surprised by his math skill especially when he solved the math problems that an MIT professor writes on a hallway chalkboard. For the students, these problems are too difficult to solve, but for Will, they 're easy.
My classmates stared at me in a shock, with an air of surprised appreciation. When my classmates started to ask me for help to solve math problems, I felt that I finally became a person that could help out others. The day one of my classmate told me I was the best person in math in our class, I eventually began to be confident about myself. Starting from that time, school became a place where I was excited and happy. However, my love of math became obscured in secondary school.
Conclusion It wasn 't easy for me in the beginning, but I pushed through and learned to appreciate math for what it is. Math 103 taught me so much thanks to the professors and tutors, I 'm grateful for that, and now with the knowledge I know now I can motivate or influence others on math and why it is
Business involves analysing every detail using logic and objective reasoning in making a competent decision. With the progression of technology leading into the future, both the theoretical and practical aspects of IT and business are combined, which makes it extremely appealing to me, as both are so closely integrated. My analytical and problem-solving nature stems from my study of A-level Mathematics, where complicated equations must be assessed and logical steps are needed to be taken to solve problems statistically. I believe my study of Math’s is extremely important in business as it can be used to give an understanding of how to interpret and use financial data. My passion and curiosity in increasing knowledge in the field of Mathematics lead me to
I can not believe that I could happily say that Mathematics is more tolerable as I had learned to show my appreciation. I have witnessed my highs and lows which had given me the determination to positively grow with the flow. I learned that academics are merely grades that do not wholly define the person I am neither the person I will
My mission in life is to improve both my country and the world through my aptitude in mathematics and my altruistic nature. Although mission statement contains an albeit strange combination of skills and interests, I am confident in my ability to fulfill my dream. I also believe that Acadia University would play an integral role in achieving my dreams due to the stellar academic programs and wonderful school community. Becoming an actuary is one of my major life goals because I love enduring an arduous challenge. Growing up, I had always found Mathematics to be one of my weaker subjects, and at one point gave up all hope in achieving higher than a B in any exam.
Without doubt, I know that AP at JFSS is the program for me because I, as a student, am engaged in learning and does well as a student. Currently, at RTMS, I do very well in math, as I always get straight A’s in math, and in my writing assignments, I try my best to improve and I will edit rigorously to ensure optimum results. When I do assignments and large tasks, I don’t rush them, instead, I take my time for a better result. Additionally, I don’t just put effort in large things, I also acknowledge that the small things in life are also very important. Although I sometimes do miss things, I try my best to do so.
