"The person who makes a success for living is the one who sees his goal steadily and aims for it unswervingly". Throughout my life I have always done things for the realization of my goals. During early days of my schooling, I was a thin and very short student whom people dint even recognize. I always liked to have a bit of Success in everything and I marched towards it. I was a good student as far as concerned with the books and studies. I always have secured minimum of 80 percent in my curriculum. I also had a great interest towards sports. After a couple of years of matches in Basket Ball I changed my hopes and desires to play in Hand Ball which is quite not common like the other sports. After Winning a couple of District matches, we were selected to the State-Level match where i managed to represent Tamil Nadu team . I still remember how proud I was when my team won our first game against the Bain 's school. We …show more content…
Being a Biology student, my Subject Handling Staffs never thought I would persue well, but I had a curiosity towards learning Computers and Technology which has brought me till here. "Sometimes when my Internet is not working. I forget that rest of my computer still works." This statement is might be like a joke for some people, but that 's the actually far more true than anything. It is almost unthinkable to have standalone PC 's or other gadgets no connectivity to other devices or the Internet and this massive and fascinating field is only growing and evolving every day. That 's where I thought my area of interest was Networking. The very first time I came up with the Networking was in my sixth semester of my syllabus. My life started towards the interest in Networking from the book of Behrouz A. Forouzan. There were too many courses that impressed me during my study but it was one course which actually induced into me a state of thirst for implementing the same with my own hands and seeing if it was all true! It was Computer
People always try everything that is within them to achieve their dreams. This happens because since little people think big without looking at the circumstances that are around. People think that they could become anything if they work for it. They are excited thinking about what they can do to be better every day so they could be able to reach their goals, nevertheless, then there comes a time in life when all dreams start to become impossible and more distant every day. In Outliers: The Story of Success, Malcolm Gladwell reveal several stories that talk about different people that have become successful in different ways.
Success is something you attract by the person you become. For things to improve, you have to improve. For things to get better, you have to get better. For things to change, you have to change. When you change, everything changes for you.”
As stated by an unknown author, “Success is something earned. It is something worthwhile. It comes only to those that are dedicated and committed to their goals.” I want a successful life, one I can look back on and say was earned and worthwhile. I plan to get to success through setting goals and making a path towards my future.
When you think of success what comes to mind? In sports it’s making it to the pros. In business it’s making your first million. In high school it can be as simple as acing that test you studied for all night. No matter what profession you are in, success is the desired goal.
Ultimately, it's important to strive towards achieving the things you desire. Success often comes to those who put in the effort and work toward their purpose. In
In life, having to overcome an obstacle or barrier isn't an uncommon thing. I've been through many difficult obstacles but there was one in particular that took much effort and a few of Jackie Robinson's nine values, until I could finally overcome this particular obstacle. This obstacle was a lack of confidence and self-doubt. A few causes of self doubt would be low self esteem, excessive criticism in the past, or an inner voice or critic that encourages negative talk about one's self.
Due to society, success is mostly viewed as a physical accomplishment. Ivan Chino, National Guard Soldier/NIU graduate, is not only a successful person because of his accomplishments, but more over his work ethic. When asked what makes a person successful, Chino replied, “The road with reaching success comes with many obstacles, but it also involves setting a new bar to achieve a higher form of success.” Clearly, Chino’s view of success is to constantly set high goals, despite the obstacles that come along with them. The reason being is to never settle and strive for a higher level.
I do believe that every obstacle or disadvantage can turn into something good. Whatever obstacle that is thrown at us we always have to find a way to solve it out, they always may seem like the impossible but everything is fixable. So with that being said, yes every obstacle or disadvantage can turn into something better. Some people say that obstacles like that or having disadvantages can’t turn into something good. They say it makes people even fear more because they are scared and don’t think they have a way out of it.
My educational goal is to earn a degree in Biology and Spanish from the University of California, Riverside, in hopes of getting a job inside the laboratory department at Kaiser. Based on labs that I have already done at the University, I found that I enjoy working in a similar setting. I would love to have the opportunity to shadow a connoisseur in a similar work environment, as it would be a valuable learning experience. I come from a low-income family in Oakland, California. The economic barrier that has restricted my family has prevented us from moving out from where we live.
Support: Eric Thomas, the author of the book ‘The Secret to Success’, once said about success that whatever paths taking us to success, at some point we all have to go through the boulevard of hard work. Example: If you want to achieve success, hard work and dedication are the second element after explicit plans. In addition, we had better take responsibility for our tasks. None can help us to fulfil our targets but ourselves, hence learning to bear responsibility is very essential.
I am a firm believer in achieving my goals because I know that they will reflect on my future. At times, I may fail but I do not let that stop me from trying. Instead, I let it teach me a lesson and push myself even harder to do better the next
We all have heard this saying. But who actually follows it? We all are in a hurry to grow into something big. Success is not achieved overnight. It is a result of a continuous process.
