Marriages have changed throughout years. Several years ago, arranged marriages were the norm. Often you would marry someone unknown even against your will. Nowadays this phenomenon occurs less frequently and marriages based on love are the norm of younger generations. One area where our generations have differences is the life in community. Generations that lived in Albania years ago had very close relationships with their neighbors. Everything was done with the purpose of helping every member become part of the society. Society in those times resembled like a family. On the other hand, the generation that is living today in Albania is very different compared to the generation that used to live here. In this generation the sense of individualism is very common. Other difference even though not important is the style of wearing. There are two major types of marriages in the world, arranged and love marriages. An arranged marriage is when a partner for one of the individuals is chosen by their family, and no love is usually involved. A love marriage on the other hand is when two individuals choose to marry each other because of the love they share for each other. A successful marriage is when both individuals can love, care, trust, and are happy with each other even through the ups and downs. Even though arranged marriages have their pros such as lower suicide and teen pregnancy rates, love marriages are more successful than arranged marriages because the individuals actually love each other from the start, there is the freedom of choosing their own spouse, and there
Martin Luther King Jr. stated, in his famous speech, “I have a dream that one day in Alabama,[...]with its governor having his lips dripping with the words of interposition and nullification,[...]little black boys and black girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and white girls” (n. pag.). Social prejudice is omnipresent, wrapping its ugly claws over all people, all across the world. Social injustice takes numerous repulsive forms including oral beatings, like the governor of Alabama, inequitable trials and justice, social exclusion and segregation, diminishment of rights, and even death. Martin Luther, in his famous speech, is protesting against the segregation and minimization of African American rights.
The predecessor’s generation feels that millennials are out of line but they are just reluctant to accept changing times because they are used to things being a certain way. In the end, the anger amongst predecessor’s generation towards millennials come out to be nothing but envy because they feel like they are obsolete (Ellin 211). In the words of Roy Cohen, an executive coach in New York, “they’re an extraordinary generation that we should be celebrating, not dumping on” (Ellin 212). One of the most famous love stories, Romeo and Juliet, set during the Elizabethan era, is the story of two star-crossed lovers and the great lengths that they go through to show their love for their each other. Contrary to Romeo and Juliet, love emerges in a different way during modern times. Due to evolving times, love is much different today than during the Elizabethan era. Couples today are happier, because couples truly know each other and there are other options if a relationship does not work out.

A millennial is the title of anyone who is born after 1984. The author, Simon Sinek, is not a millennial, but does express his opinion in his informal lecture, “Millennials in the Workplace.” Sinek argues that all of the millennial’s issues stem from bad parenting, technology, impatience, and the environment and their long lasting effect the workplace. The only way to resolve the problem is to have corporate environments take responsibility and train the new employees to their standards. It is reasonable to agree with a majority of Sinek’s argument, but a corporation does not need to overcompensate; it is best to give millennials a push in the right direction and let them experience the world with the proper tools and skills necessary.

The types of transportations are different now you can travel by plane, train, subway, boat, and car/taxi. But back then there weren 't any subways.
Marriage is an important institution in a society and although there have been changes in the trend of marriage pattern, it is still very clear that marriage still matters. Marriage exists and its main aim is to bring two people together to form a union, where a man and a woman leave their families and join together to become one where they often start their own family. Sociologists are mostly interested in the relationship between marriage and family as they form the key structures in a society. The key interest on the correlation between marriage and family is because marriages are historically regarded as the institutions that create a family while families are on the other hand the very basic unit upon which our societies are founded on.

Intergenerational issues in the workplace can cause tension between the employees and employer. Millennials feel that it is harder to grow and develop their careers in organizations because of this problem due to an absence of guidance from other generations in higher positions. Where Millennials feel lack of guidance, Baby Boomers and Generation X feel that Millennials entering the workforce are directly after their positions, therefore causing a strain on workplace relationships between employees. If intergenerational problems in the workplace continue to remain unsolved, it can and will cause disruption within the organization. Productivity can decline due to low cooperation between multigenerational employees resulting in lower efficiency and completion objectives leading to disruption within the organization.
