Throughout history sailing has been instrumental in the development of civilization, affording humanity greater mobility than travel over land, whether for trade, transport or warfare, and the capacity for fishing. In modern times sailing has improved dramatically from using wood boats to now a very efficient vessel for the means of transporting both people and cargos. Trough time’s seafaring industry gain speed in terms of profit so he does it needs manpower to continue the operation. due to these high demands of personnel on board the seafaring industry became one of the go-to jobs for the Filipinos on June 1, 1970, the maritime industry was created that aims to protect the Filipino seafarers. Seafarers work schedule is not easy as we thought they have to complete their contract in order to retain the job and earn money to supply their family expenses.
