I believe working in groups is a great idea because you would be with your friends. Working in groups can be good in many of ways like you would have more ideas to choose from, and then you could choose the best one. They are best because many life skills develop throughout working with each other. One reason is that listening skills develop. One other reason is that you can not talk one hundred percent of the time. Another skill that develops is communication skills. These skills develop because you can not make individual decisions, you must communicate your ideas clearly so the group can decide which idea is best. Another reason why your communication skills develop is because you must learn how to communicate with others in a respectful fashion, even if they are different. One reason why I am not against it is because if you work with your friends you may get distracted easily. Maybe one of your friends tells you to look at him and he does not do anything, he is creating a distraction so you cannot get your work done. Another possibility is that you may start to laugh at each other and not get your work done because you are too distracted by your buddies. Another reason why I am not against it is because working in groups is very fun. You can be with your good friends and get your work
Another pro to working with other people is you have more people coming up with ideas. If you only have one person trying to come up with ideas or a solution to a problem, particularly a very complex one, odds are they are going to get something wrong or it will not be the best possible solution. If you have many people collaborating and working to solve a problem, more ideas will be produced and put together, so you will more than likely come up with a better solution. One of the negatives of working with other people is that things can get very heated if individuals disagree on ideas. In my Introduction to Engineering class I
I would always rather work by myself other than working in a group with other people because
A specific example of a time I used the skill strong work ethic was at the daycare where I currently work. My boss seemed to being having a bad day so I put it upon myself to volunteer to do all of the sweeping and mopping and do all of the end of the day diaper changes. She usually does most of these things herself, but I don’t mind having more work to do and I like helping out. A time when I used my ability to work in a team was in my rhetoric class.

Blossoming Through Forensics You know that kid in class, the one who sits in the back of the classroom, and barely ever contributes? That used to be me, before I joined Forensics. I was shy around new people and completely afraid to speak in front of the class. I would never volunteer, and when called on, you could hardly hear me.
Working with a group of members having diverse cultures, experiences, personalities and skills can result in difficulties. An unpopular choice I made was during my Social Studies 11 course, I was assigned a group report about Pierre Trudeau. I was faced with a dilemma, I had to choose between my friends who were not the most “hardworking” or complete strangers who I knew were efficient and astute. Realizing that my grades mattered I took the risk of teaming up with strangers. We were all strong students and wanted to do well on the report, but we didn’t know one another.

Running down the field with the ball in my feet and my teammates shouting at me to pass the ball. My only thought was that I can score alone, I don 't need my teammates. I guess now looking back in the past when I was a kid I never realized how valuable teamwork is in soccer. Looking back I almost never played like I was on a team. I played like it was a one man show.

Not only did I learn more about how it is to work in groups, but I also learned something about myself. In the end, the experiences I had, both with the group and individually, was worth it. Teamwork is vital and important to the success of the company. Without teamwork the process to achieve higher level will be slow down. Working in a group or team will automatically develop a system that allow us to complete our task perfectly and quickly. For example, during this internship I was given a task by the project manager to create a schedule based on the projects site. I was very glad to have a cooperative team which works as team to come out with the perfect schedule without clashing with other project site.
