I am 87.5 per cent engineer as of now, currently completing my last semester major project from a HVAC (Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning) industry. I am a mechanical engineering student with interest in evolving technologies and coding languages. Although I seem to have the technical aptitude I have always been fascinated by the management side. I have a passion for playing soccer, love reading about foreign policies, international relations, particle physics, history and literature. I love travelling, understanding different cultures and adore learning new languages, and one of my favourite hobbies is listening to music be it Rock, Jazz, Blues, Hip Hop, Pop, Indie, Reggae or english, french, italian, german, hindi or other indian languages …show more content…
I have always been fascinated by the way education system functions, it is entirely different from the Indian System. What the American institutions provide and the dedication they put is still a trivial concept in our Indian System; minimal social dynamics, and the freedom of innovation and lack of encouragement; you get more opportunities to explore uncharted territories. Not that I am ungrateful to my university or anything, it’s because of them that the foundations of mechanical engineering are instilled within me. Throughout my time studying engineering I did grasp the basic concepts of machines but what I realised is that I was still not ready for the world, for that I needed to understand the concepts of marketing, accounting, finance. After myriad discussions with my professors and thorough research I came to the conclusion that MOT is the perfect fit for me. Besides that Management of Technology course is originated from United States which makes it the best place to study from. As for why I choose to pursue my MS from NYU. I cannot comprise an answer for this into mere words. From my childhood I was always enthralled by the life and hustle-bustle of New York, and to get a chance to study at New York University it makes the entire experience phenomenal. I am so eager to study at your esteemed university that I even had some email exchanges with Professor Ari Ginsberg and Professor Vivek Veeraiah, Director and Deputy Director of Management of Technology
It is truly remarkable. I am really interested in Digital Media and Graphic Design. In previous years I have taken Computer Technology, Digital Media and Commercial Art. Within those classes I’ve learned how to work in Adobe products such as Illustrator and Photoshop. I have also worked a lot with Microsoft, and I plan on becoming Microsoft
Beyond math and science, there are a few other hobbies I have. I am particularly musical; playing instruments and singing have been a piece of my life since I was small. In the time following when I started drawing a few years ago, I have improved rapidly. Currently in drama, I am the assistant director of the class play. As a person in that position, I have become more sociable and confident.
For example, if necessary I can fly back to help my parents with their medical needs. In addition, SCU will provide me with the space and environment for personal growth. Furthermore, being in the Silicon Valley, SCU has plenty of internship opportunities in the heart of high-technology. My adviser with
A person’s hobbies say a lot about them as an individual. It is a universal truth that the people you surround yourself with have a major impact in shaping who you are, and the people that coincide with your interests can either change your life for better or for worse. For the past six years of my life, I have been a part of the fine arts community through band. Being a part of the band program has shaped who I am today as a person in many ways. It is in all parts my identity, interest, and talent, and in three to four months out of the year, it is my life.

Because welding is a relatively easy manufacturing process and provide a great deal of strength (Thomas). To become a welder you need four skills the first skill you need is problem solving because welder must be exceptional problem solver who pay attention to details. They have to spot flaws in materials and designs troubleshoot broken areas and know to fix parts or equipment. I chose them because they are one of the biggest technological companies in the world. The managers in this company need to have a good understanding of the different factors that affect the environment of their workplace. Macro Environment Political/Legal factors: Microsoft is affected by political factors above any other. They attracted government and political party attention because of antitrust related issues.
My goal is to work towards a minor in International Business and further my credits required for the CPA exam. By taking classes with the USAC program and building upon my study abroad, this experience will limit the remaining classes necessary at my home university. I hope to learn more about how businesses operate in a global environment, in addition to gaining first-hand experience in dealing with various cultures and diverse ways of
Moreover, I am looking forward to a different approaches to a geographical at the foreign country. I specially appreciate the wide module arranged by this university which will help me to create a brighter future. It is also a university that famous with high quality of teaching and research. I am attracted to University of Glasgow as it has been internationally recognized as top 100 universities in the world. Apart from that, it has a professional department in law, medicine, veterinary medicine and dentistry.
I am confident in my decision to study mechanical engineering. I plan on majoring in mechanical engineering because I love math, solving problems and being creative. I am currently taking an ap calculus class at school and attending Lapeer Education and Technology center for the second half of my day. I have been attending Lapeer ed-tech center for 2 years now where I study CAD mechanical design. I have learned parametric solid modeling, worked with 3D printers and am currently learning code for
Being good in science, mathematics and having a natural inclination towards programming since early school days has shaped my future ambitions. With a strong determination and a focused goal to become a software engineer, I pursued the Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information
Recalling my childhood, I always used to stay puzzled whenever somebody asked what I wanted to be in the future. Maybe because unlike other kids, I could not quite say that I would want to be a Doctor or Pilot, because my heart did not say that. Gradually while growing up, I was very much interested in science, mathematics and other science programs and I always wanted to participate. I even got prize for presenting the best science experiment at class 9. I did well in my academics
THE FUNCTION OF ENGINEERS IN PROTECTING THE SOCIETY 1. MEANING OF ENGINEERING We often use the words “science and technology” for engineering. what can be done by engineers with science and technology? Researchers think about it and do some research which resulted in the understanding that engineering is about planning and designing something that helps society by regulating science and technology.
After exploring the different wings of Mechanical Engineering, graduate education would be the right place to work and explore my interest specific to Mechanical Designing. A doctoral degree will not only enable me to venture out to different domains in design and analysis but also help to develop myself as an independent individual with a sense of responsibility. I’ll also get to work with like-minded people in a competitive environment conducive to constructive learning. Graduate school also offers positions for research and teaching assistantships which would prepare me for a career in teaching. The research internship at the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore has taught me that leaving the comforts of the home country and immersing myself in an entirely new culture will push the boundaries of my capabilities.
I graduated from Ashesi University in the year 2019 with a BSc Honors in Computer Engineering. Thenceforth, I went on to do my national service which got me working with experts in the world of virtual reality. Our main aim was to create pieces for the entertainment of people from all walks of life. The motivating drive behind that job was so that even the average Ghanaian, could afford to enjoy quality entertainment. One which would take his mind off the troubles of life and allow him to rest his mind, so he could be more productive in his workplace, which is his own act of service to the nation and those around him.
Employability and furthering ones career is a key motive for studying abroad. There is no doubt that studying abroad improves your managerial skills
