The purpose of this report is to measure how does hosting the World Cup affect the country as well as the people as a whole. Statistics have been presented to highlight the areas in which the country have been affected. Also, the weighing of the advantages and disadvantages of the international event have been discussed. Finally, the most rational way to hold the event will be recommended.

World cup is one competition which is internationally famous. People from all around the globe have great passions and take pride in the teams that they support. It also place the country in a very different standing and great publicity in ‘marketing the country ‘ and definitely increase tourism market. As such, it takes pride for any country to be the host of the World Cup Event although lots of preparation and hard work are put into organising the important event.
But at the same time, the government should take in consideration the welfare of the people who will get affected and provide an avenue for them to be able to turn to before implementing decisions that would see many being badly affected and also at the expense of their daily routines to make a living. If they have planned beforehand for their citizens, it would create a win-win situation where the locals would be content and the positive publicity of the host country since they are not neglected in place for hosting an international event hence there will be a minimisation of crimes and
