Nowadays fast food is very popular around the world and many people especially the young like it very much. As a result, fast food has developed into an increasingly important industry in our economy. However, on the other hand, fast food is widely criticized by young and old alike. Besides, some people say that fast food is in lack of nutrition so it’s unhealthy while others consider that fast food can make people especially young children overweight. For me, the growth of fast food does more benefit than harm to the economy and people’s life. Fast food is very convenient to take so we could save a lot of time spent in the restaurants when we are really very busy during the meal time. As a result, many people even ask restaurants to send the fast food to their workplace so that they could save more time. When I was in high school, one day I helped one classmate to clean the classroom after school and when I finished the cleaning, there was no more time to go out for dinner before the evening classes began, so I asked a fast food restaurant to send food to my school. Finally, I successfully had a meal before the classes began. Last but not least, fast food become more healthier now! Fast-food industry is gradually accepted by millions of the public as it’s convenient and comfortable. Although many people still think that fast food seems to be unhealthy, more and more fast food chain start to choose healthier ingredients and their meal choices continue to pop up, and the old stalwarts continue to add healthy options to their menus. Locally sourced ingredients - something that has been counter to much of the fast food industry distribution model. Example: new product of panda express~~
