In this era of globalization, being a career worker, I think that appearance and personality do help us maximize our performances in career building. Without a doubt, appearance and personality frame as children grow older. Yet the concept of appearance and personality is quite difficult to be defined unambiguously. In my view, appearance is the way how someone looks and also the impression given by someone. Personality is the combination of characteristics and qualities which make someone interesting or popular. Thus, how do appearance and personality aid in career building? The old stern “ never judge a book by its cover ” may not seem foreign to us . Unfortunately in real life scenarios, people do judge us by the way we look. Good-looking appearance seems beneficial to careers. Actually, what comes first is appearance but with the passage of time personality becomes equally important too. The relationship between them seems inseparable. For instance, we have an attractive appearance, but we do not have a strong personality, people still will not have much interest to interact with us.
