Ayurveda, the ancient Indian medical system offers you one of the quickest path to a health lifestyle. As Ayurveda touches all aspects of human nature including physical, emotional, and spiritual and if you follow this diet your whole lifestyle will be happy and balanced.

With least amount of effort Ayurveda provides effective solutions to your modern-days health problems. Its roots out your unhealthy habits and cleanse you inside out.

Vatas type are usually slim, nimble and light. They usually feel colder than the other; cold hands, feets, dry skin and hair. This light sleepers need to rest a lot to fill their energy. If vata is out of balance the person will be nervous,will lose weight and have digestive problems.

Vatas wants heavy and oily foods to balance their natural sense state of movement. They love very sweet, salty, and sour and avoids strong, bitter, or acerbic tastes.

1. Cooked vegetables like Asparagus, squash, beets and carrots are essential.

2. Other veges should be cooked in oil for consumption and avoid to much raw vegetables .
