INTRODUCTION
Nowadays more and more people are turning to social and behavioral sciences to take care of their health that is, to get used to good health lifestyle, for people to have health awareness, and give them support for healthy or unhealthy behavior. In today’s world people can easily find means and ways to change their health behavior as everything is accessible due to technology.

I was saying to myself that when I will be able to exercise again I will be able to lose the weight I gain. Gaining weight became normal for me.
B.Contemplation
What made me realize that I was not having a proper diet was dangerous for my health, is when I did medical test after my operation which revealed my cholesterol level was too high. I realize that the fact that I gain weight had an impact on my health and the fact that when I met people I know, they always had things to say about my weight gain gave make me think about changing my poor eating habit.
C.Preparation
The goal set is for this behavior modification is to lessen the level of bad cholesterol in my blood. I had to prepare myself mentally for that behavior Modification. I had to schedule my diet and write what to eat and when for that I went on the internet to sink for more information about things I should are or not concerning high blood cholesterol. I had to buy foods which were beneficial for my diet and remove those who were bad. For one week I have written what I was eating to know where there should be changes concerning my eating
