Jay asks Mr. Brain why we should do meditation, How it works? Mediation has an amazing power to transform people lives in many ways. In a stressful life meditation is very powerful technique to make you stress free and change your life forever. We can learn about it step by step. It is a potion for human brain. It can bring amazing power in human body and mind. You can change your life completely through it. Power of subconscious mind can be achieve by it. Some studies suggest that meditation affects all parts of our life; even it can change the size of our brain.

In, 2011, a professor from Harvard University studied reflect that within only eight weeks meditation can do miraculous effects on our brain. It can change the size of our mind. How it really works. Our mind has two kind parts, good parts and bad parts. Bad parts comprise envy, frustration, greedy, stress, tension, anxiety etc. and on other hand in our good parts we have confidence, enthusiasm, energy, motivation to do something great, gratitude etc. Studies reflect that within short span of time our mind’s bad parts start shrinking and good parts or our brain like confidence start increasing.

Imagine when you were kid, how happy you were, you did not have any tension. I know you are going to say that now we are mature and we have more responsibility. We are not same as before but point is not stay child or kid forever. Here my point is to stay happy despite whatever conditions we are in. These days we stay stressful all the time, which affects our health condition exponentially. Meditation is the key to make us stress free and bring back to our basic nature which is staying happy all the time which does not mean that we should leave our responsibility.
