oko Haram is a terrifying up and coming terrorist group because of their motives and connections. They are one of the many Islamic extremist groups, but they are growing stronger every day. Like many other Islamic extremist groups, they despise western culture and believe everyone should follow the rules of Islam. They believe that there is only one way and that way is Islam. Most of the time these groups are more frustrated with the fact that Muslims are becoming more westernized. This is seen as a sin to these groups. Islamic extremist groups still cling on to the old way of doing things and they believe that is the only way. Mohammed Yusuf founded the group in 2002, and since then it has grown tremendously. They have killed thousands of people single handedly in the last year. They were originally a group created in Nigeria from the influence of Al Queada. Al Queada was responsible for 9/11 which is the most famous terror attack in America. Al-Qaeda is the most powerful Jihad Organization, which was the participant in the Global War on Terrorism, the Afghanistan War, Iraq War, Syrian Civil War, and Arab spring. We’ve already known that Osama Bin Laden was the most dangerous man and most wanted man in FBI’s list more than a decade and he also the most intelligent man either. First, he was a strong ideologue which meant he used his ideology widespread in order to get people attention to join his organization especially for the Jihad who never give up or surrender that kind of people that made Osama Bin Laden want them to join the organization. For example in the late 1989 after the withdrawal of the Soviet Union from Afghanistan then he tried to put his ideology skill through the king of Kuwait in term of protecting the whole state from the potentially Iraq forces.
ISIS is a clan formed in Iraq and they despise our country and the muslims located in it. ISIS is also responsible for a lot of bombings we hear about today. ISIS was responsible for a major terrorist attack on Paris a few months ago. Paris was bombed in a hotel and many people killed or severely injured during the terrorist attacks performed by ISIS.
Both Wahhabism and Salafism, however, are important to the foundation of many terrorist ideals, and both support fundamentalist views that give rise to organizations such as Al-Qaeda and ISIS. Wahhabism and Salafism have gained a tremendous amount of support in the past few decades through the educational systems of Saudi Arabia, terrorist organizations, and the infiltration into areas such as Syria and Iraq, takinging reign due to their governmental
The Islamic State. ISIS. ISIL. They go by many names. Their ever-changing definition is what creates the illusion that they are an elusive, enigmatic, unstoppable embodiment of terror (if you can’t define it, you can’t beat it, right?).

The operations, of AQ, target those people (and their property) it considers being kafir (non-Muslims and/or Muslims who are not true to their religion). These targets have been attacked in multiple ways, including the use of suicide bombers. Most of the attacks are conducted simultaneously, possibly to maximise the impact and cause widespread fear among the targeted people (Atran, 2010). Other than the 9/11 attacks, AQ, and its affiliates, have also been known for conducting other spectacular attacks, such as the US embassy bombings in Tanzania and Kenya in August 1998, the 2002 Bali bombings, the 2004 Madrid train bombings and the London bombings in July 2005, resulting in all cases, in high numbers of casualties. The majority of attacks conducted by AQ have been against ‘soft targets’, consisting predominantly civilians and unarmed individuals.
In areas such as Pakistan and Afghanistan women are deprived of education. The Taliban forbid women to attend school. She has been a peaceful protester in the impactful fight towards the right of education for girls across the country. Malala Yousafzai has profusely utilized Imagery, Juxtaposition, and tone to successfully state her claim on the fight for education rights to the underprivileged children in Pakistan and around the globe.
Lone wolf terror attacks have become more dangerous than even leading terror organizations, like ISIS and and Al Qaeda. A Lone wolf terrorist encompasses any act of terror committed by one individual alone, however he/she may act in support of a larger group. The gunman dialed 911 about an hour into the shooting, “...I pledge of allegiance to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi of the Islamic State" (3 Hours).

After a terrorist attack of any kind there are always consequences that must be faced. Sometimes the point of the terrorist attacks is because the organization wished to send a message or to influence policy in their favor. However, after the 9/11 attacks administrators realized that the United States was not prepared for a tragedy of this kind and had little to no measures to prevent one, this lead them to create new programs and policies. Terrorist organization’s goal often comes down to one of the following: regime change, territorial change, policy change, social control and status quo maintenance. The main purpose of a terror attack may well be to influence public policy.
