Car tuning is modification of the performance or appearance of a vehicle. It all started in the mid 1900’s when two Japanese teenagers wanted to upgrade their performance of their cars. So they. They then met with Christopher Donta a famous engine mechanic back then. After they met up they discussed a machine that can mod your vehicle. After weeks of discussing they finally came up with the product the ‘’Car Tuning” Once they created it they then tested it out on their 1920 Pinto (popular car back then). After they tested it and it was successful they then made it known. The first day it got popular they sold around 500 then it increased day by day. They then made it public in stores after they did that and people found out about it everyone bought it. All racers absolutely. loved it. It's a great invention to racer because it saves then a lot of time s The reason i like it so much is it's a really cool invention because it saves so much time because its way much faster then just taking a screwdriver and tuning it up when you can just hook it up on the computer and tune it up on there. Also when your at the race track you don't have to to get a screwdriver, you can already have the engine tuner hooked …show more content…
On the negative side it creates more pollution in the air because your have to rev your car up a lot more if your using a tuner and also it may not be fair to people who don't have a tuner because they are expensive it could ruin the fun of just racing because if one car has it and one dont they are most likely going to win the race because they will be faster than the other opponent. So yeah thats why its positive to have one and negative to have one to
This attracted Ford a lot of attention from investors, who were willing to fund the projects for the next seven years, and that is where he founded his own company which he called ‘The Detroit Automobile Company’, later named ‘The Henry Ford Company’ in 1899. Over the course of three years, his investors grew impatient with Ford, as he was busy perfecting his own designs until he eventually left to form his own company yet again, called ‘The Ford Motor Company’. Ford wanted his vehicles to be perfect for the consumer, and after a month of working in his new company, he finished his newest creation, known as a ‘Model-A’. The factory that made these cars were operating at a snail’s pace, only producing a handful of cars a day. This led Ford to try and invent new ways to make the process of building cars much quicker and cheaper, so that it can be bought by the consumer at a reasonable price by means of producing so many of them, and so, the ‘Model-T’ was invented, which was an extremely successful
Sure, their car might not go as fast but you are still just sitting in a seat with your foot pushing down on the pedal and making a turn every once in awhile. If anyone can do it then should it really be categorized as a sport. NASCAR is an activity not a sport.
Automobiles were affordable and were designed carefully. The majority of these cars were produced by the Ford Motor Company, led by Henry Ford, who designed a different model each year to satisfy the insatiable crowd. Many of the automotive innovations that we think of as being modern—like electric powered cars, four wheel drive, front wheel drive, hybrid fuel and electric cars—were introduced during the 1920s. The automobiles had various different colors in order to get the attention of people, especially woman, and through time, they evolved to become more comfortable to drive for men (Scott ,1). The automobiles were beneficial to the U.S because they expanded the area of habitat.
The roots of how the motor fueled back country racing series known as nascar began in the 1920 's with the rise in need for alcohol, and the increased punishment for getting caught with it, bootleggers had to upgrade their cars to evade the police while on their deliveries. With the souped up cars the bootleggers started to take pride in their driving skills and their mechanical skills because they were able to evade the police time after time and continue to bring in an immense amount of money. In order to evade the police alot of the bootleggers started to customize their vehicles to perform to a higher standard than a stock or regular car could do. They also made inventions to lighten the car and make it easier to evade the cops.
By the 1920’s, cars had become a signature in celebrity homes, and was considered a luxury to have. Anyone who had money or wanted to look like they had money, also had a car. In the early years of the automotive industry, when not too many people were interested, appealing to anyone was the goal, trying to increase demand. The automotive industry quickly realized that mostly richer people purchased cars. So how could they appeal to other groups?

Also you need to live somewhere there are the charging stations or have one put in at your home.
