Response Bias
It occurs when the answers given by respondents don't reflect their personal opinion. This could be done deliberately by surveyors keeping in mind the end goal to create a certain result or satisfy their customers. Respondents might deliberately attempt to control the conclusion of a survey by e.g. taking a more extreme position than they really hold to boost their point of view.
Coverage Bias
It occurs when a certain group of people is excluded because of various personal and household reasons. A fantastic illustration of coverage bias happens in telephonic polls, in light of the fact that people and families without telephones are not included in the sample frame. Online internet polls are affected from coverage bias because internet usage depends mainly on internet access and age.
