Business is corrupted by money, sexual harassment, and no justification. Money has corrupted business in ways that they try to deceive the certain types of officials ones that have not been corrupted. High forms of corrupted government get more expensive, lavish resources and accessibility in Afghanistan and other countries (thieves of state pg.44). Sarah Chayes a researcher puts or tries to put anti-corruption in Afghanistan to try to help the country but then disagreements with people and national people of that country start to pop up, …show more content…
Women who put effort in to their work are mostly let down by some vulgar boss or anyone that does not provide anything related to the subject at hand. The worst part is if she does defeat the harasser or harassers in the court she can gets bullied by the workers in her job that do did like the person you won against. Women get so use to this because they see it all the time, they are discouraged and depressed from this. This type of corruption is has kept been repeating in cycles because of the media, etc. Other un justifications are different types of race and color are punished differently and do not have the same equal standards. Cops shooting or basically anyone can shoot the race that they dislike for reasons. The justice system can change the emotions of the community. People will go and can go to full lengths to stop for anything for racism, sexism, harassment, etc. Since so many voices from big celebrities are being heard, surprisingly one accusation and statements that this one typical category (harassment for now) is false it would shut down everything like the corruptionist blowing sand from their hands. Since that is a fail the only thing that CAN MAYBE help you is social media. This whole problem has been driven by power, for dominance. Men (Certain types) mostly do not care what they say to a lady. But different factors can play if a women does not like a certain type of person she thinks that
Evidently, police brutality is running the media lately, this is not so secretive but rather painful to hear. “Michael Brown’s murder represents the tip of a body pile... several videos have emerged of police assaulting people... for reasons justifiable only to the insane.” He alludes to one of the biggest police brutality murder cases in the country and continues by bringing up other brutality cases similar to that; the heroes who need to protect everyone as their legal job, are the ones hurting those in need.
Many people believe that the shooting involves a racial discrimination. On the other hand, police have different stories about the shooting accident. People in Ferguson protests and demand the truth when there was not enough evidence to prove which side is true. Even though many people have different views on the shooting accident, they all want to know the truth and demand justice investigation of what happened. People believe Michael Brown’s shooting involve a racial tensions between black and white because Brown was unarmed and surrendered.
The shooting footage of Keith Lamont Scoot forms part of an outgoing debate on race and abuse of power. Recently, the shooting of black people in the U.S by the police is causing a lot of protests. But, what are the reasons that are leading to this crisis? Is it because of race? To take a posture in this situation is difficult because there is not enough information released and the judicial process of these cases are mostly carried out in secret by the police.
Jason Ke ENG2D1 Ms.Doak 11 March 2022 Racism and police brutality As humanity progresses, we become more inclusive of those who are different from us, but there are still many communities around the world that hold heavy discrimination, and if you add some police corruption on top of that, you end up with Starr’s life from "The Hate U Give" by Angie Thomas. Have you ever heard of racism? Or uncontrollable police violence? Have you ever witnessed racism?
There were cars and buildings being lit on fire, looting, harassing of cops, peaceful protest and in response to some of these actions, police used tear gas, rubber bullets and other methods to regain control. All of this led to a massive media attention and firestorm with future media coverage being given to other “cop killings”. I believe that the actions of certain police officers around the country has led to the blanket perception that all police officers are bad and not there to “protect and serve”. Sociologically speaking, my “location” or what I am in comparison to other people in the world,
Los Angeles experienced a very similar situation to Ferguson. When four Los Angeles police officers that had been videotaped beating an unarmed African-American driver were acquitted of any offense in the arrest, anger and protest swiftly turned to violence, as “rioters in south-central Los Angeles blocked freeway traffic and beat motorists, wrecked and looted numerous downtown stores and buildings, and set more than 100 fires” (This Day in History, April). The video of Rodney King’s being beaten was constantly broadcasted on television, fueling anger over what was interpreted as a pattern of hostility and abuse by the Los Angeles police toward Africa-Americans and Hispanics. Peaceful protests, civil disobedience, and demonstrations are common ways to express non acceptance of something that has been done or a law that is not acceptable. However, riots are unlawful and violent acts that do not accomplish anything positive.
It seems like all you see on TV today is about police and Racial Profiling. Police have always been accused of racial profiling but now that social media and the media is involved it has added fire into the pot that has led to law enforcement to have a bad name which is not fair to all the cop there who don’t do racial profiling. The media and social media have gather the attention of everyone with the black lives matter movement the black live matter movement started when an officer shot and killed a black male and has continue and has kept growing every since. for suspicion of crime based on the individual 's race, ethnicity, religion or national origin. Criminal profiling, generally, as practiced by police, is the reliance on a group of
Although we hope our Police force will use their powers for good, but sometimes police misconduct can occur. Often, the police are under great pressure to act as quick as possible, espcially in a murder case and if the murder victime is white, a child, police officer, or prominent. For example, In the 1990’s the case of Rodney King, that not only shows a racist issue within the criminal justice system, but also the issue with abuse from police officers, but changed the country’s views on the LA police force. Twenty- Seven years ago,Rodney King was brutally beaten by Los Angeles police officers.

Most of the time when the police fire their guns, it’s because the suspects have ran away. This proves that this is mostly about police hostility. Many people only notice the police shootings when a black man is killed because they look at it as a racial problem. The killings of black men stick out way more
Corruption occurs in a government when politicians are bought out by private companies. These companies would pay the politicians large sums of money and in return, the politicians would do political favors for the companies. According
George Floyd was a man who was killed by an officer, where Floyd used a counterfeit bill at a store. Many BLM protests started to happen, and also police brutality or killing has become even more popular, as the police have to calm down the protests, which may result in protesters being arrested and maybe assaulted or dead. The novel All American Boys, a high schooler was assaulted by a police officer where he allegedly was stealing a bag of chips, when he wasn’t. The police officer assaulted him very badly, and ended up in the hospital for 3-4 days. Police have a lot of power to the point that they can kill someone for no valid reason and not get punished or at least reprimanded.
Minorities have been repressed for many years all over the world. They were treated as inferior and possibly will be for many years to come. There’s Hispanics, Native Americans, African Americans, Asian, and Indians and many more. Women have been repressed for far longer and continue to be treated as inferior because of how women have been raised believing they must do what men want them to. Due to this females are treated differently from males whether it’s a colored female or white females, women are treated as lesser beings to men.
Cops around the United States have been accused of racially profiling black people. This topic has been brought up by everyone around the U.S. and is very controversial. Studies have shown that the majority of deaths by police officers have been people of opposite color in America. Police brutality in America is a growing epidemic that has shown no signs of slowing down. Innocent men, women, and even children have been killed by police officers for no reason.
