Creativity and Innovation: Business Practice towards make in India

ABSTRACT
Creativity and innovation concern the process of creating and applying new knowledge. As such, they are at the very heart of Knowledge Management. This paper first creates a framework for creativity and innovation and further discussed various issues and strategies to implement them. It goes on to explore how our creativity is “blocked” in a variety of ways, including deep‐seated beliefs about the world. Finally, this paper takes a brief look at creativity and innovation as a business practice to realize the concept of make in India.

These lead to increases in effective demand which encourages increases in investment and employment. iii. Innovation in management and work organization, and the exploitation of human resources, together with the capacity to anticipate techniques.
Innovation centres on people, culture, structure, process and technology. Innovation is the process through which the entrepreneur converts market opportunities into workable, profitable, and marketable ideas. Innovation is an application of something creative that has a significant impact on an organization, industry or society. Entrepreneurship is the continuing generation of Innovation in response to perceived opportunities in the business environment.
TRANSFORMING CREATIVITY INTO INNOVATION

I know that creativity and the art is very important material for children to learn at a early age. Also in the creativity and art area they are able to figure out different problem and then are able to solve them. In the art area it can help boost their child self confidence and self esteem while in the classroom. One way I will suggestion to the families and caregivers is to make sure that their activities are age appropriate. The second suggestion I will make sure that they have enough room to explore and developing their gross motor skils.

Innovation involves deliberate application of information, imagination and initiative in deriving different values from resources. It includes all processes by new ideas are generated and converted into useful products. In business, innovation often results when ideas are applied by the company to further satisfy the needs and expectations of the customers. There are four important types of innovation which are process, product, marketing and organizational.
CREATIVITY The English word creativity comes from the Latin term creō, which means "to create, make." English mathematician and philosopher Alfred North Whitehead coined the term creativity in 1927 while delivering the Gifford Lectures at the University of Edinburgh. The traditional view of creativity in Western culture was one in which creativity was an act of divine inspiration, or an inspiring gift from God.
We have forgotten how business was conducted before conference calling and emails. Now, technology has taken over our lives and it clearly affects the creativity and communication between us. First of foremost, creativity plays a very important role in the improvement of our society and of our living standard. New innovations make our lives easier, allow us to do things that we could not do before, as well as create workplaces and bust the economy .Everywhere we look creativity and innovations are there; from an art gallery displaying Van Gogh 's masterpieces, to our mobile phones that provide us with information and functionality that previous generations could only dream of, to the way we shop using the internet and the new digital economy we live it.
Creativity can be defined as the willingness to be courageous, adventurous, daring and to try new things. Creative people take risks and produce some of the best ideas. When designing and making, creative work is likely to bring about original knowledge which will incur risk taking. Innovation and risk taking are skills that are close together, everyone that knows it have to deal with creating something new everyday. Being creative does not only involve the study of art, which is how it has been perceived through the years.
Lindegaard (InnoCentive 2013) underlines that “innovation leaders of any organization should realize that when it comes to making innovation of all types happen, people matter more than ideas.
