IMAGE BASED CURRENCY RECOGNITION SYSTEM ABSTRACT The people may not recognize the original currencies from different countries. So, to solve this difficulty to the people, the system called “Image based currency recognition system” is helpful. In fact, the currency recognition system based on image analysis is entirely not sufficient. But, the proposed concept which is based on image processing will makes the process automatic and also robust. I. INTRODUCTION Even though the size of the currency paper is different with each of them looking different for different currencies all over the world, the color and pattern are different that we can’t recognize which currency belongs to which country and it is also difficult to recognize the fake …show more content…
CONCLUSION AND FUTURE WORK This paper proposes an algorithm for recognizing the currency using image processing. The proposed algorithm uses the primary color and a part of currency in hsv components by fixing the saturation and value threshold levels for recognition. In future the on basis of image acquisition, multiple parameters including correlation matrix, edge detection operators, color check etc were also considered. REFERENCES 1. Are pennies worth minting? Many people believe they’re a waste of money, but some people believe that they’re still worth minting. Pennies should not be minted for many reasons such as, the penny costs more money to make then the penny has in value. Another reason is that pennies are a severe waste in time such as people often pay with pennies as a practical joke, which means hard working employees often have to spend the time to count those pennies. The final reason is because the penny is losing the government money.

George Washington deserves to be on the dollar bill because he has done many good thing to this country that has benefited the future. To begin with Mr. Washington deserves to be on the dollar bill because George wanted to free his slaves through his will, which was uncanny for some people to free slaves. Which showed George Washington was a great man and he was fit for the dollar bill. In addition to why George Washington deserves to be on the dollar bill is because he was an honest man and was respected by almost everyone.

I emptied my pockets. Sure enough, they were full of useless junk. Upon closer inspection, in the depths of my front pocket, I found a single copper coin. Just enough to purchase one small piece of candy. My craving could finally be satisfied.
This scandalous coinage, also known as the penny, is a lousy excuse for a currency and should be abandoned. The penny costs the American people precious time and money as they attempt to scour through their purse or wallet just for a 1 cent coin, which is having devastating effects on the economy. The obvious solution to this ordeal is removing the penny and rounding all prices to the nearest nickel. On the other side of the argument, people view this as an opportunity for businesses to charge extra for a product or service that you originally would of although, there is simply no hard defining evidence that this would even occur. With everything considered, the penny is a nuisance to society as a whole, we need to abolish it before it creates
The penny, serving as the United States' lowest denomination, should not be abolished. Pennies are often ignored, or regarded as inconsequential in the grand scheme of life. However, considering the ties between the public's perception of currency and their confidence in the American economic system, it is clear that the penny is indispensable. It is both a vital part of economic transactions and a reminder of American history. The penny represents the metaphorical golden age of the United States.
Nickel and Dimed Analysis: Minorities vs Majority vs Socioeconomics In Ehrenreich’s classic “Nickel and Dimed: On (not) getting by in America,” the protagonist opens up the dialogue with admitting that she picked out her job out of laziness (Ehrenreich, 1). With the setting in Key West, Florida, the main character being Ehrenreich herself, decides to experiment with the possibilities of existing as a person on the lower terminal of the socioeconomic ladder. For her experiment, she lives in the lower rung of the ladder, becoming a waitress (Ehrenreich, 10). Based in 1996, the novel is investigating the benefits and effects of the 1996 welfare reform bill, which was considered a jugular stab to the spirit of social reform and government assistance to the hapless.
Political Before the prominent Code of Hammurabi was established, rulers Ur-namma and Lipit-Ishtar also set lists of laws which consented their actions and often were political motivations. The laws made by Ur-namma and Lipit-Ishtar consisted of a prologue and an epilogue and had a popular repeating theme -- the authority of gods. The Code of Hammurabi remains one of the greatest early examples of juridical literature.

The largest contributor to the problems plaguing the Eastman Kodak Company is its failure to predict, innovate, and establish market share in the imaging industry’s change to the digital sector. The success experienced by Kodak in the last 100 years was a direct result of their ability to adopt disruptive technology with regards to film sales and development to stay one step ahead of its competitors. Their refusal to do the same at the start of the digital age slashed any chance of major success down the road for the company. Table A1. SWOT Analysis.
Biometric face recognition technology has received significant attention in the past several years to use human face as a key to security. Both law enforcement and non-law enforcement are its application. Face recognition system comprises of two Categories: verification and identification. Face Verification is Done in 1:1 match ratio. It is utilized to looks at a face pictures against a Template face pictures, whose identity being claimed.
If you are in the market for a special coin, you may notice there’s a wide variation of quality. Some coins come in special slabs with official grades. But what do these grades mean? What’s the difference between “MS” and “PF”? What do these grades mean for the average collector?
