Delhi Metro is a rail system which is serving capital of india and its nearby cities as well as other NCR (National Capital Region). Delhi Metro is providing very good service so that it was ranked second among all other metro system in the world. DMRC official says,this survey done from the commuters of those metro rail systems by Global Metro Benchmarking Groups NOVA and CoMET. In that survey London DLR Bangkok and DMRC were the best three performers in the Net Promoters Score (NPS) category.
Delhi Metro have very large network so that it was on 15 rank in the world in terms of length and it was also ranked twelveth in terms of huge number of stations. This metro system is member of a group called Nova Group of Metros. Delhi Metro is ranked third in terms of public transport in India (after the Kolkata Metro and Chennai MRTS) and first latest fast transport system.
