Technology can be the knowledge of techniques, processes, and the like, or it can be embedded in machines which can be operated without detailed knowledge of their workings. The human species ' use of technology began with the conversion of natural resources into simple tools. The impact in technology in our lives, today, is unmeasurable. We use technology every day, in different ways and we do it to harming up our lives or the society we live in. With the rapid growth of technology, there has been a debate on how we are using technology in our life. Many people think that we are now abusing modern devices to support for our own life; while others reckon that using technology brings us just good things and make our life easier. To them, smartphones are the most important things in their life. Where ever they go, smartphones will be their trustworthy companion. When you forgot your phone at home or in your car or if it got repaired, you surely experience “separation anxiety”. You feel incomplete or naked without your phone. Some people’s schedules revolve around their phone signal strength. Many smartphone lovers were reluctant to go on vacations to slightly remote places because there will be less network coverage or probably none at all. These people will get bored to death if they have not posted their Facebook status, uploaded their pictures on Instagram or tweeted about how the beach looks cool. Technology addiction is a reality these day, with people checking their emails and text messages as much as 30 to 40 times an hour. Technology addiction is no joke. Technology can be good thing, but too much of it can leave you stressed. Studies have shown that smartphone usage can lead to catastrophic events such as car accidents, and are a primary cause of poor work-life
