Boston medical center (BMC) designate that nearly 45 million American diet every year and expend $33 billion on weight forfeiture products to have fit body. Indeed, nowadays there are many people have healthy problem, and suffers from obesity. And there are some people who follow diet schedule, eat diet meals for a week, then they stop eating diet meals, that because they feel bored with diet routine. Therefore, people eat fast food, desserts, and many oily nutriments, most of the time. Furthermore, many of people thinking that fitness is hard thing to get. However, health is the invaluable treasure people really have in the world. In fact, staying in health involves three distant steps, doing workout, eating healthfully, sleeping well.

Many people do not know how to eat, they just thinking what they should eat to stay healthy. There are some healthy tips help people to distinguish how to eat healthy. Likewise, People should concentration on fruit and vegetables, and eat red meat at least two days per month. For example, every family can do schedule for their food, and chose a day to eat red meat together. Even girls who have university, they can do cases for healthy meals and take it with them at university, and that will help to stay away from eating fast-food. Also, avoid skipping meals is the most important tip to know how to eat. According to Steve Odland (2012), in “How to stay healthy,” Studies illustration that skipping the first meal generates the body to eat extra meals later in the day and stock calories. Therefore, girls who skip main meals, will eat over at night, and that unhealthy for their skin and body shape. There are some people suggest eating equal to six small meals a day in place of three large ones, which can save energy and firm blood-sugar levels (“Staying physically healthy,” n.d).
