Turnover is a significant issue for any organizations. For the smooth operation o daily business activities, it is essential to control the turnover f the business although most of the times it not a difficult problem to overcome for the business. There are various factors that lead to higher turnover factors that affect turnover. Based on the theoretical discussions, numerous solutions to overcome high employee turnover has beem brought forward. First of all, the salary paid to the employee is an important factor though job security is also just as important. There are also other factors that lead to high employee turnover such as poor management , lack of recognition, lack of advancement opportunities and poor working conditions.

It is therefore, crucial to maintain a constant workforce particularly for the skilled ones in an organization to reduce turnover for the better- ment of the organization.
Most of the work of this paper is obviously theoretical but a complete mathematical model to measure this turnover rate can be done in future research. If the skill of the emp- loyee or worker is expressed in terms of weight or in per- centage, a mathematical model then could be possible to measure the direct relationships of turnover and productivi- ty. Doing so allows them to uncover the depth, nature and roots of the communication problem for that particular group of people. However, some staff may feel that they unfairly treated if they do not listen to all the staff’s complaints. Also it is time consuming method to listen to individual’s complaints and views.
