What caused you to have troubles during your education? Please indicate the exceptional individual circumstances and please be sufficiently specific.
First of all, I want to express my gratitude for the opportunity to submit this appeal. I truly believe that I would have been successful, were it not for specific circumstances that happened over the course of the past few months. Simultaneously, I submit this appeal humbly, with an understanding of why the rules that have led to my refusal exist. And also with an understanding of why I am in this situation.

Where possible, I have given the pieces of evidence I could find. It is hopefully clear that I believe a big part of my performance was affected by my emotional state of being which came about as a reaction to situations I found myself in. While I haven’t been diagnosed officially with depression, I believe that my individual circumstances led me there.
Part of my biggest failure has been looking for and getting the professional help that I needed. Where I should have seen a psychologist to help me with any mental health problems, I believe worries about money held me back.
Through piecemeal reflection, I recognize all this as an intense learning experience. With the right kind of help, I know that I am able to manage similar situations that will arise. No one person is strong enough to go through it alone.
I hope it is clear that I have a broader awareness of how I came to be where I am. I am strong and resilient, this I believe. Given a chance to take these two remaining courses, I will work hard and will strive to perform at a higher academic level. And I am confident that I will graduate.
Motivation - chance to achieve the degree
The self-assessment tests we had to take at the beginning of the semester reassured me that I was on the right path academically and career wise. I learned my interest areas are investigative and conventional match with my accounting career choice. My work values of achievement and relationships
I’m going to get the help I need, and the understanding of College life to be successful. 2. I don’t have to be afraid because I’m in an environment with people like me. There are several things that have happened in my life that will affect my education here at CCU.
Many people face life-changing events and experiences that impact their lives and their countries. Melba Beals from “Warrior Don’t Cry” changes African Americans students’ education. Feng Ru from “The Father of Chinese Aviation” changes his country’s transport. Jackie Robinson from “I Never Had it Made” also makes it possible for African Americans to play professional sports. Melba Beals, Feng Ru, and Jackie Robinson all face life changing experiences that impact not just their lives, but also their countries.
With these continuous marks, it is evident that I would be able to succeed and maintain a high average in post-secondary studies. Throughout my Highschool years, I achieved academic honours in all of my 32 courses. This status allowed me to support other students in achieving higher academic levels through sharing knowledge, motivation, inspiring confidence, and cultivating a passion for academics. It means going beyond personal gains in achievement scores to helping ensure fellow students have greater confidence and competence in their academics also. I excel in both the sciences as well as classes not directly related to my career path.
One of the things that has been a struggle for me over the years is the slowness of my reading and the process of absorbing written materials. I was always a bad speller and had a very low self esteem on my academic abilities. Eventually, I came to realize that I must have some sort of reading disability, inherited from my mother who struggled as well with the same issues. When I was in elementary and secondary school nobody ever talked about these kinds of disabilities and I was ridiculed many times from many teachers for not trying hard enough. I was labeled as not living up to my potential, as teachers could tell that I was bright, but couldn 't seem to come up with better grades.
At a very young age, I’ve always been interested in helping and teaching others the power of knowledge. It mostly stems from the knowledge I was taught by my loved ones. Being the youngest in my family. There was always someone looking out for me and always tending to my needs. That someone was my magnificent mother, Tonya Hunt.
In my future, I hope to continue the skills I have acquired during this English class. I think that they will be very obliging to me, nevertheless of what I am trying to achieve. In this course, I was encountered with deadlines, instructions, and assignments that I could not work around. I found that all of these responsibilities have made me comprehend that I could definitely take the next step forward in life.
In this story I will tell you about my mental health, how I hit bottom, and my getting back on track. I would like to start off by telling you a little about myself. I grew up in an upper middle class family. Never saw a financial struggle or empty fridge. I was always popular in school and played sports.
I have overcome difficult challenges in my pursuit of education. I fell behind on my credits, which was the hardest situation to pull myself up from. I caught up and past my colleagues. I am more than ready to further expand my education beyond graduating high school. I am striving to make myself rise above the rest.
Throughout my childhood, my parents taught me values of empathy, resilience and optimism in the face of adversity. These characteristics allowed me to become the tenacious individual that I am today. Being the inquisitive individual I am, I always wondered about my family’s heritage; the journey of how we established ourselves in this country. Yet I never imagined how much of a nightmare it was immigrating to the United States until my mother told the story. My mother immigrated to the United States facing a harrowing journey, one that placed her at the mercy of the environment and the intersection of many harsh opinions.
I have become more aware of my values and beliefs while taking into consideration other individuals values, beliefs, goals and their needs. I hope that this course will push me forward for the career I want to pursue in the future. I would like to work in the field of social work and hope to specify in working with children with learning disabilities. I understand some of the situations I may be faced with may be very challenging however this will give me more motivation to help individuals overcome challenging situations. I feel that university will further my passion for working with vulnerable
Did you know every human body has 206 bones? Instead of having 206 bones, I have 206 ½ today. This is definitely a story I was never going to forget about, with all the pain, tears, and laughs involved. In P.E. one day in 8th grade, for our unit we played basketball.
Therefore, I learned a lot from my experience and I feel confident that I will be able to apply my skills to my personal life, academic journey and professional
Overcoming such an awful situation is a huge accomplishment. I think I will perform at a high level because I appreciate the opportunity in front of me. I intend to review the learning assessments that I have completed, identify ways to improve all my intelligences and practice any tips I learn to increase my knowledge
Not only was I proud of what I learned in those classes, but I was recognized and rewarded for it as well. My goal could be achieved; my hard work could be rewarded.
