INTRODUCTION
The success of any nation depends on the strategies employed by the government. Strong leaders always have strategies that focus on the growth of the economy. The US has undergone several political, social and economic changes since the start of the 21st century. The rise of the US to a superpower has made many scholars to draw lessons from its leaders. Several leaders have contributed to the growth of the US economy. Among the people who have offered exemplary leadership in the US is Barrack Obama. Obama was the first black president of the US. One of his main identities is the family. As a husband and a father, he recognizes the need of a family in every public address he makes.
