If a character is killed in a television show, it doesn’t mean you wont see him in the next Marvel movie. Of course, some children are educated enough to tell the difference from the morals of a video game and reality, but other children are not. This can lead to a skewed view on violence. Children do not understand the atrocity of someone getting shot. Although I don’t believe that violent video games, movies, and television make a child gravitate towards violent actions, I do believe that most children have become desensitized to the subject of
All children are different so it is the parent’s responsibility to determine whether or not their children can handle the different media. Jones tells how he exposed his son to marvel comics which helped him in his kindergarten experience. The marvel characters gave Jones’s son the desire of “transforming himself into a bloodthirsty dinosaur to embolden himself for the plunge into preschool” (373).

What a great fun that I feel when I win a difficult video game, it is really exciting. It took me a very long period to forget the massage on the screen (GAME OVER ).But with the time I realized that Playing violent video games is no more likely to be damaging to young children’s behavior than those considered harmless, so that I choose some researches that can deal with case . More and more kids are playing video and computer games — especially ultra-violent ones that are top sellers. Research shows that children are also spending increasing amounts of time playing them: an average of 13 hours per week for boys and five hours for girls.
There are many studies on media violence and its social effects. Most of the studies have indicated that children who are exposed to media violence are more likely to exhibit violent and aggressive behaviors. As the child observes the violence, he/she is motivated by the fact that the show is enjoyable without realizing the violent behaviors. As a result, they copy and identify the behavior, and this has detrimental effects on their social life. According to Boxer et al., the content of the media has a direct impact on its audiences (420).

But what many Singaporeans fail to realise is that fake news is also a pertinent, pervasive, pernicious and perennial problem in Singapore, and it is a problem that needs a solution. It is attractive to lie when we feel like we are trying to help the situation by skirting around the truth.
Some researches admit that violent games may cause adolescents to become tremendous. Studies showed that video games increase psychological awakening, it could also increase aggressive behavior, emotions and thoughts and finally let teenagers lose the sense of helping others. All these effects will be carried by aggressive young people. It’s true that video games are violent, but aggressive adolescents are more likely to be more attracted to it. Some games reward players for doing violent actions, so this will affect them negatively, letting them think that violence is normal.
