Fitness and health are very crucial topics for everyone. Everyone wants to stay fit and healthy, and in this attempt, they try anything they hear is effective. You also may have tried doing some weird and difficult stuff that your friend once advised you to do. If you do so, then don’t be ashamed, it's totally ok. Since people don’t know much about fitness, they blindly follow any advice that they hear. Sometimes these random advises work for you and sometime they don’t.

Cutting out fats and carbohydrates can help lose weight:
Another very important myth that you may have heard is that eating fats and carbohydrates are bad for your health and fitness. Fats and carbohydrates are associated with obesity that is why people try to cut these off from their diet to reduce weight. Doing so can actually help you lose weight, but in the long run they are actually harmful for your body.
Fats and carbohydrates are fuel for your body, not in taking these can actually decrease the calories but as said above it can leave you unnourished. Therefore you must intake the good fats found in avocado, butter and nut. Don’t eat the processed foods or artificial fats; they are of no use to your body.
5. You cannot target on region solely:
Another very common myth that people have is that doing some exercises can help you lose fats in certain region of your body. You cannot lose fats from a certain part of your body and not lose fats from other. Your whole body gain and loses fats together, some part of your body may get more fats as compared to other. For example women tend to gain more fats in the lower part of their body. But when you exercise you lose weights from the whole body.
