I should follow directions the first time they are given because if I don’t I will have to suffer the consequences like writing this essay over again because I tried to plagiarize the first time. By the way thank you for giving me another chance to write this essay and make a grade because I don’t deserve it. I 've learn that following directions is the easiest way not to get in trouble. If you just follow directions then you won 't have any problems.
Directions and rules are made to keep us safe, although you might not like them you have to follow them to become successful. Whatever you want to do in life you will have to follow directions and have limits of what you can and can 't do. Almost anything you do productive in life requires

I 've learn from many experiences that people don’t like to repeat themselves when directions are given because that is disrespectful. The Teacher/Leader or etc. shouldn’t have to repeat them self 's more than once, because if you keep being disrespectful like that then that shows that you are not thankful to have them, and they might not want to teach or work with you anymore.
Not following directions and rules can be dangerous in many ways. Not following directions can make you lose trust from your friends and without rules and regulations life can be very unorganized, so people use rules to keep track of what 's going on. For example street lights were invented with the intentions to keep people safe, fair, and organized. And for another example, teachers are made to try to keep children organized so they can learn more fluently.
One more plus that you get from following directions is that it makes you discipline, and when your discipline it makes you mentally stronger because you will not how to handle things if something doesn’t go your way. At the end following directions the first time they are given is the way to go because it 's way easier than making people repeat themselves, and having to have to suffer for the

Philippe Petit, the famous-wire artist, once said: “The impossible - we are told - cannot be achieved. To overcome the 'impossible,' we need to use our wits and be fearless. We need to break the rules and to circumvent - some would one say to cheat.” His point? Limits are never final, with the knowledge we gather and perseverance we can accomplish anything.

Glory Road did a good job of showing Haskins relentless recruiting tactics and desire to win. He found good basketball players anywhere he could, discovering them in schoolyards in Detroit and New York. His will to win lead him to do anything that would make his team competitive, and the film even has a line where Haskins says, “To win you have to recruit. That’s how the big schools do it, and that is how we are going to do it” (Glory Road). He was a coach who set high expectations and worked his team and himself hard to reach his goals.
We can all think of a time where we have been somewhere, where rules were implied. Whether it’s at school, work, store, bank, anywhere really. These rules are sometimes directly implied or unspoken but followed. I can remember a specific time I had to abide by rules, my Medical Assisting class. Although being deeply frustrated in a strict nature of a classroom that seemed
A heroes journey To be a hero. No more does it take a brave knight draped in armor raving his sword at a fire breathing dragons to be a hero. To be a hero can be as simple as changing up from something you've been use to struggle a little bit but then rock it afterwards. Hero’s live amounts us everywhere. Here I will take you through one of my favorite hero journey stories.
Another quote from Malcolm Gladwell states, “...If you work hard enough and assert yourself, and use your mind and imagination, you can shape the world to your desires. (151)” This quote supports that last but adds the factor of acting on opportunities. Acting on opportunities is important because they can be once in a lifetime. By doing this you put yourself out there to learn and grow.
Poverty: the state of being inferior in quality or insufficient in funds. My mission and interest in life is to bring joy to those who are less fortunate than myself by attending an annual mission trip through American Reformed Church. Currently, I have traveled to Tahlequah, OK and Myrtle Beach, SC and have had major takeaways from each one of those trips which have left a significant impact on my life as well as those that I have served. While some may attend these mission trips for a sense of recognition and good reputation, my purpose, on the other hand, is to make a difference in people’s lives. These trips have been an important factor in shaping my life and my character, teaching me one of the greatest lessons in life of not taking things
My life quickly became a cruel example of this fundamental concept. I had finally figured out what I wanted to do, and I was on a mission to get there. I ramped up the number of units I was taking. I was working three jobs and going to school full time. I was unstoppable.
In Siddhartha, by Hermann Hesse, Siddhartha struggles throughout his life to attain his goal of enlightenment. Just like everyone, Siddhartha started by following his teachers and mentors. But as he became more experienced and formed his own opinions, he began to lead himself to his goal instead of following others. Although following in the footsteps of another to reach a goal is much more simple, Hesse uses characterization and figurative language (similes and metaphors) in order to show that people who lead themselves to their goal will gain more wisdom and knowledge than following another. As people, we are all prone to follow the easiest route to success, even though we might not achieve as much if we lead ourselves.
"Be quiet! Write this down." We sometimes hear this or something like this quite often. We experience, witness, hear or come across commands, instructions, directions and orders daily at our workplaces, homes and schools. What are the factors that forces us or obey (or disobey) them?
The reasons why the rules are imposed is to avoid people from making mistakes because they do not know what is best for them, so having the rules has the advantage of making the majority of people
Obedience and Emotion "Rules are the obedience of fools and the guidance of wise men" (Harry Day). Although boundaries and guidelines are important for the success of a society, it is also invaluable to know the gift of freedom. If one is foolishly obedient and follows only the orders they are given, there is no growth for their future. People will start to become robots and will never learn some of life's most crucial lessons.
“Another source of greatness is difficulty. When any work seems to have required immense force and labour to effect it, the idea is grand” -Edmund Burke Obstacles are challenges that make a better version of ourselves, doors that we need to open to achieve greatness and success. These obstacles can range from your school work to the death of a loved one. Everyone faces obstacles and challenges, some overcome them and some get overcome by the obstacles.
The teacher will explain to the students the rules. When a rule is broken the student will already know what is the consequence for their misbehavior. These details both agree that if misbehavior is being displayed a consequence will be administered. (Kagan, n.d.)
