Even though many individuals are partially adapted to using dairy as a food source, by being able to process lactose even after infanthood, there are still people in many parts of the world that are lactose intolerant and there are other possibly substances in milk such as possibly immune-reaction causing proteins, hormones from the animals or even artificial growth hormones as well as antibiotics.
