We must remember that intelligence is not enough. Intelligence plus character—that is the goal of true education. There are millions of people without university education all over the world. Persons with university education stand a better position in understanding the past, current or future environments. The world today is very competitive, and every person needs to have some university education. Many young people enter university only to prepare for future careers. More educated people are less likely to be unemployed and less likely to live in poverty. Public educations offer a variety of options for students or anyone who wants to continue further education in terms of financial and time management but overall flexible schedule. Some companies or organizations offer employees highly paid projects, researches and different tasks to work on it, but the tasks are assigned based on the employee education history because the organization wants a refined work in a professional way.
