Hydroponic gardening supplies are needed to grow plants in a soilless medium successfully. Although, there are different methods gardening hydroponically, the hydroponic gardening supplies needed are almost the same in all cases.
There are numerous hydroponic gardening supplies that mainly come as full readymade systems needed to run this type of gardening successfully and they include:

This is one of numerous hydroponic gardening supplies which is specifically used to hold the solution that provides nutrients to the plants. This replaces the soil, making it one of the most important hydroponic gardening supplies. It must be inert, therefore, should not provide the plant with any nutrient whatsoever. The hydroponic aggregate should be porous so as to effectively hold moisture and oxygen. Though the porosity of the aggregate is need, a non-porous material can be used as long as watering cycles are frequently used so the roots don’t dry out killing the plants.
The hydroponic aggregate should also provide strong support as the hydroponic plants grows and be at least 8 centimetres in depth.
