A graduation certificate of any teaching department does not mean that person is a effective teacher anymore. Teaching is one of the hardest job in the world because it requires lots of efforts and time. There are many studies, articles about how to be an effective teacher in classrooom, however it stays theoretical until it is applied by the teacher. There are many charecteristics of effective teachers and I have my own principles that I have chosen during my study in university and all make my teaching philosophy. Teaching requires passion and inspiration. If you do not love teaching, it is so hard to become an effective teacher. Also it makes you upset and exhausted in few years. Effective teaching will be acquired of course if you love what your doing. I read a quote saying that "The only way to do great work is to love what you do." So if your passion is to teach then you will be a great teacher and an inspiration to those students. Also if you meet variety of struggles in life then you overcome it and solved it then it will help you to do more great things and surely your students would loved you. The ineffective teaching way is the one that you only follow the instructions in book. The word “interactive” here is crucial, which make your lessons alive. Education is a lifelong endeavor it should not stop. An effective teacher reflects on their teaching to evolve as a teacher. There is always more to learn and know about in order to strengthen your teaching skills. In order to be an effective teacher one must be open -minded and always be ready for change, he/she must accept constructive criticisms to improve her teaching. What I love most is to make some reflections, by doing so, a teacher will be able evaluate herself on what are his or her weaknesses and thinking some ways on how to improve
