2.1 The Importance of Information Management
(1) Enhanced Knowledge
We as humans, learning begin in the womb of the mother and when born this process will continue. Starting from a small community of family and next to a large group of people, a lot of information that we get, but not all the information is true and correct any information that is useful to everyone, but it may be useful to some other people. We are exposed to the idea of filtering information and correct information so that they can be appreciated as a useful knowledge to themselves. The stability and proper understanding of such information, the potential is there it expanded to the family and consequently on society. The learning process involves not only learning but also teaching and communicating to verify that the information and the position he held for the true and steady. CHAPTER ONE INTRODUCTION Background to the study Learning is a change in behavior over time that is brought about by experience during training in educational encounter (Akubuiro and Joshua, 2003). Training as part of education, is the acquisition of knowledge, skills and competence as a result of the teaching of practical skills and knowledge that relate to specific useful competences (Angel, 2007). Training helps the learner to acquire certain useful skills and develop critical mind for the learner’s self-development.

This kind of learning and experience are beneficial for us to adapt with new environment or surrounding (Surbhi, 2018). The most simple form of learning is conditioning which is divided into two categories which are operant conditioning and classical conditioning.
In the organisation, the communication, information and knowledge are very important. The whole work gets done in the organisation be these things. So a manager has to manage these in an effective manner so that they can get the effective results. Every organisation have to get successes in the market.

As a result of this I recognize the education at university is not enough as I thought and if I need to be a professional I should develop my skills in professional way. For this reason I decided to take this course. In this course I learned how to develop my abilities to be effective and more organize in order to encourage myself and my team for work. Before that it is important to rate myself to know where I am exactly and what I need to develop.
Information literacy helps students recognize misleading, out-of-date, or false information. It also helps them sort through the data and interpret it intelligently. Libraries full of books are still available and a valuable resource for students, but information literacy includes the Internet and beyond. Teachers are involve into it, they act as channel of information.
Financial management “is the operational and financing activity of a business that is responsible for obtaining and utilizing the funds necessary for effective operations. Thus, Financial Management is concerned with the effective funds management in the business process. Finance is interrelated functions which deals with marketing function, production function, Human Recourse function and Research & development activities of the business concern.
