Every nation preserves their history and artifacts. They teach history in schools, fromelementary and even up to college. They build museums where they keep the different artifactsand artworks. There are also times that schools conduct a field trip wherein museums are oneof their itinerary.It is important to study history so one will know where they came from. Without history,will you even have an idea where we came from? Will we even know how everything started?Will we even know how we got here? Studying history helps us to avoid making the same mistakes. It helps us toavoid getting into loops. History helps us in making things better. Studying history isn’timportant, it is essential.Meanwhile, historical data are preserved and kept in museums. There are now a lot ofmuseums today and you can even enter some for free. Museums are important. It helps usvisualize everything that we learn in our history class. Some may even know what a canon is,but they might even know what they look like and how they operate. Museums help us learnmore and be aware of the past. Art galleries are important too, for some of the happenings inthe past are expressed through painting and other forms of art.During the museum hopping, I was quite amazed when seeing the different attractionsand displays because it’s like being inside a history book. Like, the things that I’ve read andlearned appeared right before my eyes. The lives of the heroes we’ve studied are being retoldvisually, like I got a glimpse of their lives.The displays are sometimes things that are used by our ancestors. They are like theearlier or older versions of things that exist today. By seeing some of them, I feel like I canvisualize how the first people lived their lives. I
