Attend class Managing Organizational and Individual Change, I have learned many useful things, experiences and theory from talent people. Before that, I do not know clearly about reflection, the change of myself, what is my strength or weakness. It brings to me many new things, open my mind and let me know the ways how to develop my strength, apply it into future career. Heraclitus – the ‘you’ who steps into the river today is not the same ‘you’ who steps into the river tomorrow (Cameron & Green, 2012:15). Of course, many things are changing every minute around us, also we are changing too, the world is not stationary so managing the change is one of the important elements. Specially the individual change, it can be come from learning, social, daily life and personal experience. For instance, reflective writing is new with me, I have trouble when starting thinks about that. However, I have to change to adapt the requirement of the course. I must learn how to write it, how to reflect the lesson become my own experiences. If one people does not change to suitable with the develop of social, the life will eliminate them, everyone need to change themselves, no one can help them, that lead to the important of change management of individual. This is one of my favourite statement, it encourage me to develop, learn to improve. If you not change, not improve, you just receive what you already have, nothing better. You must change yourself if you want to get more something. Managing the change is the important activity in our life. Everybody always make wrong in their life, but the person who can realize that problem and change themselves to fix that will become the better people.
