Trademarks essentially acts as an indicator of origin which helps people identify who they are or where things come from, such as Louis Vuitton. This deals with brands, images and reputation. Trade marks can last forever as long as one renews it every 10 years. Trademarks allow one to effectively gain a statutory monopoly of one’s mark. One can also license the right to another party. For one to be able to register for a plant variety protection, there are quite a few points for it to pass. The world is full with so many different invention. Everywhere you look there is a new one or an old one sitting right in front of you. It is the ambition of many to be able to show the world what they can create, and those beings are known as inventors. Yet, inventors are always the people who create objects, they can also create a process. In some cases, those who invent, want to create something new to express themselves and to show their freedom.
Howard Zinn famously once said: “The First Amendment is whatever the cop on the beat says it is.” Zinn’s words may have best been exemplified in Ferguson, Missouri, in the aftermath of the Michael Brown shooting. The First Amendment states that no law shall be made “abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble” (U.S. Constitution). Yet in Ferguson, protesters were confronted by police officers carrying military-grade equipment, and reporters were arrested while simply doing their job. Zinn appears to have been right; at least temporarily, the rights an American has under the First Amendment are whatever the cop on the beat says they are.
The Constitution allows the government to “take” private property if it is needed in order to complete certain types of public projects. They do so through formal condemnation proceedings. Projects that can result in this type of action are widening of public roads/freeways, the building of public transportation systems, etc. This “right to take” is established by the 5th Amendment and Article 1, Section 19 of the California Constitution. The official term for this type of action on the part of a government agency is eminent domain.

Every year up to 2,68m patent applications are submitted worldwide [1] and the wealth of technology contained in patent documents cannot be rated high enough. Handling intellectual property necessarily involves the process of correctly describing the innovation in the body of the most important part of a patent document, - patent claims, the only part of a patent that defines the scope of inventor’s rights. Linguistically, the claim is the most difficult information carrier due to the restrictions that Patent law imposes on the claim structure. The claim is to be written as a single albeit very complex and long sentence, with a well-specified conceptual, syntactic and stylistic/rhetorical structure that is extremely difficult even for patent

Meaning works are protected in countries that signed the international agreements with the same effect as though the works was made there. Therefore, works cannot be produced without permission in another country.
Those rich Nazis up there on Grande Strasse, why do they get to be wealthy and comfortable while the compassionate Hubermanns only get to live in near poverty? What is wrong with the world? In The Book Thief by Markus Zusak, the Holocaust is reflected from a German girl’s point of view. She sees the Nazis ruthlessly killing Jews and while a lot didn’t, they still supported the killings. The Hubermanns were compassionate for every kind of human, like how they took in Liesel and how they hid Max from the Nazis.

Integrity is a term used to describe a person 's level of honesty, moral commitments, and willingness to do what 's right. Choosing what is right over what is fun, fast or easy, and choosing to practice our values rather than simply professing them. Given the real definition of integrity, we recognize that it is actually extremely difficult to be in integrity 100% of the time. We aspire to be in integrity with what we believe but sometimes, we mess up. Sometimes, our emotions get the best of us and we are unable to manage our behavior and actions.
