RECRUITMENT & SELECTION Recruitment is also known as the process of finding applicable employees for the jobs for the organisation. The information generated in this process of writing the job description and the candidate profile would be used for developing the “vacant jobs advertisement”. The advertisement may be displayed on factory gates or may be published through print media or flashed in electronic media. This process helps in locating the potential candidate or determining the sources of potential candidates. The main objective is to create a group of the prospective job candidates.
