We can easily maintain friendship through internet in forms of email, blogging and social media. However, is internet strengthening friendships or making them shallower? Are we using the right way to maintain our friendship? By using internet is the easiest and fastest way to keep in touch with friends. For example, Skype is a well-known platform where you can video call your friends which are few kilometres away or in other country, they can connect with you in real-time as if you are sitting side by side. With the internet, we no longer have writing letters to each other and waiting for the postman to send or receive the letter in order to maintain our friendship. Besides, we connect with friends by playing online games, especially multiplayer online games. We often share the same score and goals is also a way to maintain friendship.
