4.0 Challenges that will be faced by the Government regarding the Internet Freedom
The internet is now a popular medium as it provides a lot of benefit to the users even though internet carries many negative effects which almost happen in most of developing countries due to the internet freedom which includes pornography, sedition, cybercrime and defamation. This issue has increase the concern of many parties. Around the globe, countries, organizations and citizens are dealing hardly with the thorny issues of censorship, free expression and trust. With a starkly different objectives and visions for the development of internet, this era also presents opportunities yet more to challenges for anyone who wish to make sure that the function of internet as a backbone and contributor for an economic growth and liberty (Zheng, 2008). Country like U.S has clearly made its own vision for the future of Internet. For example, President Obama speaks during the Assembly of UN General mentioned that the country is committed to promote a new tools of communications. This is to empower the connection between one another while even in the societies of repressive, there is security to do with them (Golkar, 2011).
