But, once your baby is born, you would want to get back to your pre-pregnancy shape and weight. However, if you do it with a crash diet and think that just like your favourite celebrity, you too would get into your size 0 clothes right from your hospital bed, you are mistaken. Get up and get moving - It is right that the body is not ready to exercise right after delivery. But, nobody is asking you to strain your body with serious body movements.
